They stole all the time. The last 3 orders i put they stoled me. I put 3 orders to buy in XAUUSD and the prices just went up and they close my operation with a SL. 1.- my SL was not the correct one, they took me first $4.83, i didn’t realize and i put the 2nd order and they took $21.62 and the 3rd one $8.38. And all the time my SL are between $3 to $4 dollars.
Every time I tried to withdraw, they told me I was “one payment away.” I paid the first fee, then another. Then another. Each time they said the same thing: “Your withdrawal is ready, just pay the next fee.” It was a loop. Eventually they stopped responding. I felt like I had been tricked. I found 𝐷𝑖𝑔𝑖𝑡𝑎𝑙𝐸𝑣𝑖𝑑𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒𝐵𝑢𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑢 through a Trustpilot review. After submitting evidence, they recovered my initial investment. Do not trust anyone who keeps asking for “one more payment.
I felt trapped after realizing the platform was a scam. Fear was constant. 𝕚𝕟𝕥𝕖𝕘𝕣𝕚𝕥𝕪𝕤𝕙𝕚𝕖𝕝𝕕𝕤 helped recover my money and restore peace.

It is highly regulated platform both locally and internationally. There is a regular margin rate update. There is no limit to practice with your demo account. The customer service in Canada are very responsive and are always answering your questions quickly. The trading platform is good both for beginners and experienced. I strongly recommend to any one who wants to trade with peace of mind

Title: Frustrating Execution Issues with No Resolution I've been experiencing persistent issues with my MT4 terminal on CMC Markets over the past few days. Specifically, I’ve been unable to close out certain positions when I want to, which has forced me to delay transactions — sometimes resulting in missed opportunities or losses. Despite reaching out to support and providing screenshots of the errors (including repeated "off quotes" on the same symbol), I’ve received no compensation or meaningful resolution. To be clear, this doesn’t happen on every trade. There are days when my EA executes multiple trades flawlessly. However, the inconsistency is troubling — especially when the terminal fails to find a price for a market order, which shouldn’t happen if the market is open and liquid. What’s more frustrating is that every time I contact support, I’m told everything looks fine on their end. But from my side, the errors are real, recurring, and disruptive. I’ve done my part by documenting the issues, yet I’m still left with failed order attempts and no accountability. Given these ongoing problems and the lack of resolution, I can’t in good conscience give CMC Markets a five-star review. Reliable execution is fundamental for any trader, and unfortunately, that reliability has been lacking in my recent experience.

I have used CMC/au for several years & it was seamless But with the enforced change to the new site I have had a very frustrating time especially on login where I need help ++ & trying to contact a person to help. The given overseas Phone #, +61282212100, does not work according to TELUS ( Canadian Provider) There is no email contact available from where I am In Canada.It is also very difficult to write a review. See the guidelines!!

I’ve been using CMC for a few years now and I am satisfied. They messed up an order once, but they quickly corrected it after I sent an email. I also like that they offer a wide selection of products to trade
For a beginner it nice and easy to get around, and has tutorial to help you on your way.

Easy to use.
There have been some problems in transferring funds to the account and linking Credit Cards and bank accounts. Representatives: Jordan and Tiffany, had been helpful answering my questions.
