I have been using CMC market for over 5 years. Sometimes we see glitch here and there, but since yesterday, the withdrawals has been returned. I call the customer service and they said there's a technical issue. Honestly, you can't have technical issues when people need their cash. This is huge, and I am starting to feel nervous when I can't withdraw my money. I will keep you updated.

the best app
CMC platform is good even though there are occasional glitches. The customer support is excellent. But funding is a little challenge. They are not allowing to deposit by credit card and withdraw by chequing account regularly. If they make funding more easy and flexible it will be great.

clear guidance
The platform could not execute my buy order at market on Fri 14 Nov. I called the Helpline. She could not do anything after an hour of conversation. During the conversation, I was asked to try another buy order with a different stock. It still did not work. The helpline promised to call on Monday 17 Nov. Until today 1 Dec, no one called and no one followed up despite my email and call. The prices had run away and all they said is they are investigating. No update as to what they are investigating. I am sad to say that customer service is poor, and the platform can be unreliable at times. Thank you for your reply. The case number is 00809343.

I use CMC mobile platform on android. Best things about this app for me is that I can set SMS alerts. And the dash board is beautifully simple.
CMC have low, low brokerage fees of 0.1% BUT BEWARE, CMC have an absolutely insane FX spread of about 6% when buying shares Overseas. So every time you buy and then sell a share overseas, you give CMC about 3% on purchase, and about 3% on sale. It is not easy to spot as it is labelled as "FX rate" which most people just accept as "the rate of exchange"
