My experience with Close Option has been quite frustrating. I’ve lost a significant amount of money trading on their platform, and there were a few moments where it felt like I was on the edge of serious losses.
Another strong point for me has been their range of deposit methods. The options available are convenient, reliable, and make the funding process straightforward, which is something I value highly.
As a certified badge holder and trusted Trustpilot member, I want to pose this important question to the CLOSEOPTION broker:-- Why are there numerous complaints on Reddit, Quora, and here regarding large withdrawal requests? I have come across many negative reviews. It's clear that you accept deposits of any size without issues, yet when it comes to withdrawals, you're limiting payouts to either $ 1,000 weekly or a maximum of $ 2,000. Despite your system indicating that withdrawals of up to a million dollars are possible, substantial sums cannot be withdrawn in a single transaction. Other brokers, such as Pocket Option, allow withdrawals of $ 20k, $ 30k, or even more within hours, depending on the method used. You claim that lack of liquidity prevents immediate payments- if you can't afford to pay large sums, why do you offer binary options service in the first place? Besides the above critical question, I want to address how much worse The platform is, compared to other best binary brokers in this industry! The Broker is deliberately designed for traders to gamble and trade blindly. You cannot make a change in your life using the Close Option broker unless you want to gamble with your money and with contests, they even fool people to lose more $.
I’ve been using Close Option for some time, and overall the experience has been stable. Transactions have generally processed without issues, and deposits and withdrawals were completed within a reasonable timeframe based on my use.

pretty good overall the layout is simple and fast and I enjoy that I can trade on weekends I did notice that big withdrawals take longer but mine still came through so cant really complain the contest part is fun and keeps me learning.
As of now the trading platform keeps saying loading data from bank and it wont load up i tried on different devices and its the same thing

im no pro trader just a regular guy after work closeoption is easy i deposit trade and withdraw without headaches withdrawals usually hit same night or next morning had one deposit issue support replied fast and fixed it overall solid not perfect but reliable enough that i keep using it
Have been trading with this company for about. Three years off and on, of course losing was very frequent. When I did win or took my remaining account balance to the draw request it took them an average of 5 to 8 hours never had to wait 2 days. What prompted me to make this review is for my recent Win on the wkly contest. Would have never guessed I will be a winner, but this time around the strategy works.

I was banned without any reason. My account was more than 6 years old, and it was verified I had done deposits. But i could not joined the contests without any reason Then I opened a ticket asking why I'm not eligible for the contest. The next day, instead of giving me an answer, they banned me. And I had a balance on that; they don't even release that amount to me. I'm very disappointed. Please Keep your money safe from these thieves.

After submitting over 10 documents I got this threat from closeOption.com, currently I have $104.78 in the account. : "Dear Member, Thank you for your follow-up. Therefore, please choose one of the two options below: 1.Kindly send us a selfie with your identification document (or submit the correct identity document). Ensure that all four corners of the document are clearly visible and that the quality is high. Once we receive this, your account can be fully verified, and after the removal of your inaccurate comments, you will be able to withdraw your funds promptly. 2.If you are unwilling to provide the correct documentation as requested by our back office and believe that your current approach is logical and acceptable, you may opt to receive your deposit of $60 without verification, which will be rejected. Subsequently, your account will be completely deleted, and access will be revoked. Please let us know your decision at your earliest convenience" -Bolton In other words CloseOption.Com is actively trying to take money from my account because I refuse to remove comments I made on TrustPilot.com. There are trying to penalized me by stealing money from my account. I will report this to the SEC. Closeoption.com upload mechanism is cheap and low quality. It will degrade an image after you upload it. This is below budget. This is a petty "firm" that is not going far. $69 is not a lot of money to worry about lmao.
