I was robbed blind and had to fight tooth and nail to get my money back! If it weren't for Topciphertrails stepping in, I'd be empty-handed right now!
They tricked and pressured me into increasing my investment, only for me to get nothing back, but Avex Bri-dges stepped in and made sure everything was resolved.
Stop complaining here. Be good and bring your problem to chargeback organization written on my name and get a refund otherwise you will wait for it forever.
They have provided a fake investing platform. It is evident that the platform has brought in some money. But as soon as you make an effort to leave, we deliberately fall short. This company is dishonest when it comes to withdrawals. Not the best location for trading and investing. I now regret not following my friends' advice to invest with the more respected and experienced platform "calmo" shub. They offer the best internet service at the moment.
I have a scam radar that always works. Very pushy on the initial sale and clear that they are reading off a script with a very aggressive manager. Their desperation made me hold and breathe. I said I was not interested but they called to get me in again. Luckily I researched and found some negative comments too. I think it is just better to trade on any other platfor for now. It seems like the company agenda is to get investors, take their money and disappear. As it is easier to do this sort of financial crime through blockchain where the real owner will never be found. And response to your customer service auto reply - You are a liar and you will not investigate for SH!T. :)
It all started so promising. Making trades making money. No point when, when you want to withdraw some money, they disappear. I dealt with someone working with her for nearly 2 months. Calls nearly every day going through which trades were the best for me to make money on. Great. The money went up good times. Then as soon as I asked about withdrawing some money for a holiday I had planned, yes no problem. Then that was it, I couldn't get in touch with her by phone, email, phone call,nothing. I sent her her a message saying I was going to report them to the fca. Her reply OK :) AVOID AVOID AVOID UPDATE.... Just got a message from who I was dealing with thanking me for the nice post on here, asking what I will do next. They really do not care.....

Trading on capital invest has its highs and lows. The platform itself is pretty user-friendly, but I wish they offered more advanced tools for seasoned traders!!
The advisor randomly stopped making contact without warning and when I messaged her that I didn't want to participate anymore and to close my account as I wanted to withdraw my funds, not only did she open a position without my permission which interfered with the withdrawal process, it was in an already failing market to eat up my money before I even got the chance to get it back. How disgusting that someone would do that just because I decided it wasn't for me! The live chat option is also non existent, I've waited weeks for a response from them also and nothing. **UPDATE** Thank you for your response but how do you propose to look into this matter if you don't have any of my details? A telephone call would be nice to start since you don't respond to emails or live chats and then maybe I can share the details with you. If you could provide me a telephone number so that I could contact you, that would be great! 2ND UPDATE It's now October 2023 and this still hasn't been resolved and I still haven't been contacted.

You will be called by scam artist 1 who gets you to put down at least a minimum deposit via candlestickacademy.net Then 2nd scam artist (refers to himself as a trader) gets to work. You will not see that money again. This is not a post about a bad trade or anything like that. This has been posted to stop this happening to others that have seen their ads in social media. I have plenty of specific details if anyone is interested as well as being shared with the national fraud agency.
