The Polish Financial Supervision Authority lists platforms using www.capital-invest.world and www.cfd.capital-invest.world under the trading name “Capital-Invest” or “CFD Capital-Invest.” KNF states that the entity is not registered in Poland and that a notification concerning suspected activity without the required authorisation was submitted to the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw under Article 178 in conjunction with Article 69(2) of the Polish Act on Trading in Financial Instruments.
In Public Notice No. 3 of 2023, dated 28 August 2023, the Securities Commission of The Bahamas identified CAPITAL INVEST PLC and https://capital-invest.world among entities that were not registered or licensed by the Commission and had not applied for registration or licensing.
