Aveces congelan la pantalla mientras tengo en ejecución algún trade y además me cerraron todas mis posiciones en negativo y aún tenía margen he corroborado en otros brokers o en TradingView y solo ahí se congela (5pm Guatemala) Sigo esperando una respuesta del broker para mi caso , ya he enviado capturas además de que su soporte en whatsapp no funciona me tuvo horas con un BOT pregunta me que en qué me podían ayudar (5pm -6am! Guatemala) ⸻ Actualización: El equipo de soporte ya me respondió solicitándome los datos del caso, los cuales ya envié de forma completa (incluyendo ID de órdenes y número de cuenta). Por ahora sigo a la espera de la resolución final y de que puedan revisar el congelamiento y el spike que afectaron mis operaciones. Agradezco que continúen dándole seguimiento a mi situación y quedo pendiente de una solución pronta. ( 6am-1pm Guatemala) ACTUALIZACIÓN Son las 7:20 am acá en Guatemala y sigo sin recibir ninguna respuesta de parte del equipo de BlackBull el día de ayer solo me volvieron a preguntar los números de ticket de las transacciones pero no he vuelto a recibir respuesta de nada comprendo que son procesos Update: I appreciate that Thomas from BlackBull has been communicating with me directly and trying to review the issue with my CHFJPY trade. We have been exchanging screenshots, explanations, and details to clarify what happened with the price movement. However, despite the ongoing conversation, there are still unresolved doubts and gaps in the explanation. The internal review they shared does not fully address the pricing discrepancy I reported — especially the BID price spike that only appears on BlackBull’s feed and not on the reference feed from another broker. I am still waiting for a clear and transparent answer regarding: • the abnormal BID wick at 01:00 on 18/11, • whether it was caused by their liquidity provider, • and what solution they can offer considering the trade was directly affected by that spike. I’m trying to resolve this fairly and respectfully, and I appreciate the communication so far — but as of now, the case remains open and not fully clarified.

Where do i start, 1) Most of the crypto trading pairs is disabled. useless. 2) Deceptive demo vs real demo trading. Example XRPUSD, Demo minimum lot size is 0.1...In real minimum lot size is 100 (huge difference). This is to trick people. 3) They charge 5$ for withdrawal makes no sense at all...Also note minimum withdrawal is 25$. 4) I really really doubt they are a real ECN broker. They block trading pairs where a user will likely make profit. 5) Very bad for scalping. Only positive I've experienced is the deposit. In conclusion, avoid this broker at all cost. Seems they don't like to make any losses.
Blackbull support is very helpful. My last experience with Georgia was very positive. She was quick in giving me helpful answers.

Matti, what a legend. Uses the demo model for a bit and decided to bite the bullet. Created an account and wanted to link it to my laptop and I had no idea. Not even 5 minutes after speaking with Matti, I’m logged in, transferred funds and on my way! A platform like this is always great when there is instant help when you need it!

Been using BlackBull Markets for a bit now, it's really great broker. Great customer support (Thank you Louise for being so quick and helpful to respond) No problems withdrawing, no latency when trading. Lots of options to choose from MT4, MT5, cTrader. They have CopyTrader system too
