I am trying to withdraw my funds however I am being sent through a load of rubbish just to get my withdrawal. I have done all I needed extra verification to do a withdrawal I was getting answers within minutes on what I needed to do to get my account valid so I could withdraw now I have done all that & requested my withdrawal all of a sudden my request is just pending & replies are now slow but when it came down to telling me what had to do it was all smooth now I’ve done all that withdrawal just pending on days, this is not good what must I do to get back funds i deposited my self! UPDATE: I have received emails back multiple times saying my withdrawal be processed in the next 2days or 7days etc. A Month later still no payment received. This is after they sent me through hoops of verification to withdraw then a bunch of emails trying to make me take out smaller deposits to increase their 20% cut, since I refused & said I am fine with the 20% cut of my original withdrawal request I have got slow replies. P.s I even got a call from binarycent trying to explain that I should take multiple smaller withdrawals & they will be processed in “1-2days”( 20% will be taken for each smaller withdrawal) because the withdrawals over 1000 will take 7-8 days. I decided to wait but still no withdrawal payment weeks later. Unfortunately just seems like lie after lie, dodge after dodge, excuse after excuse. Just after you think maybe your getting somewhere trying to be optimistic another blatant ridiculous excuse. BTW THEY DELETED MY REVIEW FOR SOME REASON INWILL REPOST EVERYTIME I SEE THIS. THOUSANDS DOWN THE DRAIN NO WAY I AM LETTING THIS GO

An absolute scam! Waiting over a month for a withdrawal. I keep on getting the runaround. They are contacting the finance department, speaking to colleagues, sorry for the delay, there’s priority on certain accounts, basically excuses to string you along. I’ve emailed and received emails from the Finance Department that is responding to this review. They have been working on it for a month and 2 days and still haven’t seen anything. Can anyone tell me if they have actually been able to withdraw money from this broker. I put 19k of my own money and now cant get it out. Thinking im screwed now? Its been 4 months now since I put in a withdrawal and still have not received keep getting the same message of "dont worry".
I can only strongly warn against this platform! My withdrawal was requested on 28.02.2025 at 08:31, but instead of transferring my own money, they keep stalling with the same useless automated responses. Support keeps sending the same email over and over instead of actually resolving the issue. There is zero transparency, no real assistance—just delay tactics. This is my money, not a gift or a donation! If you deposit here, be aware that getting your money back can be extremely difficult. Stay away from this shady company!
I requested for withdrawal on Nov 11, 2024 and they asked for a video verification, which i have sent on the next day! they confirmed that the withdrawal is processed, Still (Dec 23, 2024) yet to receive the withdrawn funds!!! Totally irresponsible and unprofessional website! Kindly stay away
i have made an withdrawal 3 weeks ago my money still hasn’t come to my bitcoin wallet they just giving me excuses after excuses i am very disappointed with the company they just scamming people don’t invest with them im still waiting for my refund very poor customer service
If I could give 0 stars I would. This broker is the biggest scam you’ll ever come across. At first, I deposited $150 as it said that was the minimum. It added a bonus that I specifically said I did not want. I did not click the box that said bonus, but it gave me one anyway. I had to go through support for hours to get the bonus removed. Then, after that, I tried to trade, and it said that I needed to upgrade my account to be able to place trades, so I had to deposit another $200. Again, I unchecked the box for a bonus, but after depositing, they added a bonus without telling me. I placed one trade of $1 to see if I could now trade. Then I saw the bonus that I did not want. I contacted support again, and they said you can't get a bonus removed once you place a trade (remember, I did not want it). I was on support chat for 5 hours, just getting rude replies saying I should have checked my balance. They add a bonus even if you choose not to so they can get you. I had to turn over 3x my account before I could get my money out. Of course, I lost everything trying to do this. The broker is a scam. DO NOT PUT ANY MONEY IN. READ MY WARNING.
Worst broker I've ever used in my life. I made 8500 and cant withdraw a single penny. This broker is a scam dont even try to use it. I requested this money 2 months ago. Please read the other reviews as well.
Its to early to say to much but I just deposit money yesterday and today I cant even log in, don't tell me why or any thing, its just loading for a few seconds , then return me to the same in log page. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal for me, but right after deposing and with this much red flags it don't feel great

I have requested a withdrawal for over six months now!!! The answer is always "your request is in the queue" or "please be patient, don't worry." I am worried, I'm no longer patient, and I want my money.
Requested a refund on my money since February, it's been 3 months when I email them to get a status update they just reply by saying that my refund is still in Queue. Please DO NOT use this broker, they will take your money and run, zero customer service!!!!!!
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! They make you verify your account initially(which I did). When it's time to payout. They ask to verify your withdrawal repeatedly, to send them a video of you with instructions on what to say(almost impossible to upload, but i figured it out), then they ask for a phone verification. All which I did. The Finance Dept, Account Manager, Success Manager, Support member, Financial Support team member and support member ALL take turns stringing you along and lying to you. I've been promised "by the end of this week" every week. It's been over 5 weeks! I have never had this issue withdrawing with other companies. Bianarycent.com's last response was "I understand the problem, but cannot really help the process ;(" from Stacy O the Success Manager. What?! If they can't help who can? I did everything they asked and still have not received a dime. It wasn't event a huge amount $759. I'm sure the finance dept will respond with "email us so we could help you." I've been emailing them since March 9th and they haven't helped. Don't get scammed like I did. Go somewhere else.

Binarycent have held my withdrawal of $300 for over a month now. They are always talking of contacting the financial department and getting back to me. I think they're a scamming platform. And if I don't get that money, I'll personally start a campaign on my youtube channel and other social media platforms against them (Binarycent). Anyone planning to use them won't do again. At least it will be my little part in doing justice
Keep way from these people! Scam and cheat place! The trades are always manipulated, you will never win! They let you win with demo easily and when you make deposit it will always lose, always!!! When I tried to make a withdrawal and stay away from this platform, they denied it they told me I had small turnover and should wait until 10 times more turnover before withdrawal!!! THIS MEANS THEY NEED ME TO LOSE ALL MY MONEY BEFORE WITHDRAWAL!!! CHEATERS!!! I WILL MAKE A POLICE REPORT IF THEY DO NOT RELEASE MY MONEY!
It's been weeks and l still didn't get my refund back. They said it would be processed shortly but they never did it. It's only $500. Some people getting withdrawal but must are getting scammed
same as the other reviewers.. always an excuse of delay due to being busy or platform updates. and this was after the personal contact explained the 20% withdraw level and so on.... still waiting again after my initial withdraw request was cancelled by them. I put in another and it's just pending "on the new platform" I do not need to be contacted by a manger or send to the PR dept... Just need them to process the withdrawal requests
Hello, Another part of scum Check my previous reviews to be informed properly and how all this story began. I gave contact from Binarycent team in their reply to my last review. I contacted them and the person who replied on my email was the same person I have comunicated many times befor from financial department from Binarycent. And this person sent me the same email as he always many times before and this is it : I've just got an update from our Payment Department. Please be advised that your payment is still in the queue. This delay is caused due to increased volume of withdrawals. We apologize for the inconvenience. So after all update of their payment system to provide reliable platform and getting better and faster process of withdrawals and better outomes and incomes ...they are still not able to send my own deposit. Another well known excuses. As I said they do nothing. For now it looks like that only thing they are able provide is excuses and lies. It is very interesting that there is no problem when you want to make deposit - it is done very fast but when you want to withdraw your money it is impossible. How suprising. I was told my success manager that my withdrawal should be final this week but as I said many times before after all experience with them it is hard to believe that it will be this week. To their reply on my last interview: Dear customer! We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with us. Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and we deeply regret falling short of your expectations. I do not believe that my satisfaction is important not even incredibly important to you because your acts and your constant excuses and lies and your lax attitude doesn´t prove it. You are not able to keep and follow your own rules, terms and conditions only if it is suitable for you and profitable for you.
