This morning, Jan 14th 2026. I received the announcement via VN official support that Axi Select will terminate Axi Select for all Viet Nam traders. This is a norm in prop firms business. if the business generate loss instead profit, it should be closed down. I understand it and I feel "it's ok". However, in the afternoon of the same day, Axi sent me an email to announce the termination of the AXI Select Funding with all the reasons blame that my trading activities had breached Axi Select rules. That is an serious insult as I firmly believed that I did not break any rules: no over trade, no absurd drawdown, no DCA, always has SL TP, no news trading. I write this bad review because of the insultation. Axi should just honestly announce that they stop Axi Select program in Viet Nam, instead of banning individual trader with ambiguous reasons. UPDATE 1: Just publicly announce that Axi stops providing Axi Select program in Viet Nam and we're good. I understand fully that If the business isn’t working, it’s better to stop. Thus, I have no complain or irritation if Axi honestly announce its termination of Axi Select in Viet Nam. DO NOT accusing each and every single Viet Nam traders, who participated in Axi Select, violated the program ambiguous laws and banned each and every single ones via email. How amusing! UPDATE 2: To keep things separate, Axi broker service is good overall except customer service which is slow response at times. However, I believe that HONESTY is a MUST in doing business. Still 1 star because of the dishonest in the matter regarding Axi Select termination in Viet Nam.

A lot of technical issues on the copy application. Difficult to apply for bonus and each time you have to go through your physical account manager providing each time account inf, screen shots etc .Client portal is primitive and difficult to navigate.

I experienced a serious issue on AXI where their price feed showed a sharp move that did not appear on any of my other data sources whatsoever. At the exact moment AXI stopped me out, I had several charts open on different brokers and independent data feeds – all completely stable. The only platform showing the price drop was AXI. Immediately after the stop-out, AXI’s price snapped back to normal. This type of behaviour raises a lot of questions about the reliability of their pricing. When one broker shows a sudden spike and every other feed remains clean, it’s hard to trust the execution. I have 20 years in the industry and have worked inside brokerage operations, so I know the difference between normal market volatility and isolated price anomalies. What I saw today was not reflected anywhere else in the real market. I’m escalating this through the proper regulatory channels because traders deserve transparent, consistent pricing. Just sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.

Axi’s MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform froze while I was trying to close my buy trades. My close orders were not executed due to a system malfunction, causing a financial loss of $4,746.   I provided full evidence (screenshots, trade history, and technical proof), yet Axi only compensated $1,046, leaving $3,700 unpaid.   This issue has become frequent after the latest MT5 update and reflects serious platform reliability concerns.  As a long-term client of Axi, this is the first time I have ever submitted a formal complaint. I trusted Axi’s service for years, and I now expect a fair and complete compensation for losses caused by a technical failure beyond my control. Account number: 60107443

It’s a broker where order execution on MT4 is quite slow. There are many bugs and system issues on the website. You often have to clear cookies to fix problems. There are issues with deposits and withdrawals, as they force you to withdraw using the same method you deposited with. Just think about it: if you deposited via PayPal or another method, and in the future you no longer use that method, the Axi system still forces you to withdraw only through that same channel. Contacting support is also difficult, especially in Thailand, where the service is extremely poor. Stay away.

I always face problems at new York open market every day I can’t take a proper trade and that’s because the mt5 freezes 3-5 times until 2 hours a head and I did report that couple of times to vi market and this couse me some loses

I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding the Taxi trading platform that I used recently. My experience was extremely poor, especially concerning withdrawals. The platform did not allow me to withdraw more than the amount I initially deposited, which means I was unable to withdraw my trading profits. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the platform’s reliability and transparency. In addition, on two separate occasions, trading completely froze for more than 20 minutes. During this time, I was unable to open, close, or manage my trades. I have video evidence clearly showing this issue, along with a comparison to other trading platforms that were functioning normally at the same time. Due to these serious problems—withdrawal restrictions and repeated trading freezes—I consider this platform to be very unreliable. As a result, I have decided to stop dealing with AXI entirely. The live chat and WhatsApp hotline offered by AXI were not helpful at all. The responses were automated, repetitive, and failed to address the actual problems. When I was eventually connected to a support agent, no real action was taken, and my issue remained unresolved. The support system appears to be non-functional and does not provide real assistance to clients. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and investigated properly.
