AXI server experienced freezing and execution failure during active trades. I attempted to close my position multiple times, but the server did not respond and orders were rejected. As a result, trades remained open against my will and caused very large losses. Despite this serious technical failure from AXI side, we did not receive any compensation or fair resolution. This behavior is unacceptable for a regulated broker and raises serious concerns about execution integrity and client protection. Due to server instability and lack of accountability, I do NOT recommend AXI to any trader.
Unfortunately, my experience was not good. The company’s servers freeze frequently, which caused me direct losses during trading, especially during critical market moments. Server stability and execution speed are essential for any broker, and I hope the company seriously improves its technical infrastructure to prevent this from happening again to other clients

Do yourself the favor by staying away from them. It’s been months I started using this platform and I haven’t received withdrawal for once. Engaging#valu𝐞 mining...# proved to be a superior experience.

I experienced a serious issue on AXI where their price feed showed a sharp move that did not appear on any of my other data sources whatsoever. At the exact moment AXI stopped me out, I had several charts open on different brokers and independent data feeds – all completely stable. The only platform showing the price drop was AXI. Immediately after the stop-out, AXI’s price snapped back to normal. This type of behaviour raises a lot of questions about the reliability of their pricing. When one broker shows a sudden spike and every other feed remains clean, it’s hard to trust the execution. I have 20 years in the industry and have worked inside brokerage operations, so I know the difference between normal market volatility and isolated price anomalies. What I saw today was not reflected anywhere else in the real market. I’m escalating this through the proper regulatory channels because traders deserve transparent, consistent pricing. Just sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.

I CHANGED MY COPYTRADING SERVICE BECAUSE THE SUPPORT WAS TERRIBLE. THE MOST DISGUSTING MAN EVER! JOSE, FROM SPAIN. EVERYTIME I NEEDED HELP HE WOULD GIVE ME A VERY VERY BAD ATTITUDE AND IF I DIDNT UNDERSTAND WHAT HE MEANT HE WOULD JUST TOLD ME TO CHANGE TO ANONTHER BROKER
