It was Honest ang Great experience
I opened account 60002792 with Axi on 9 Sept 2025, deposited $3,500, and made one trade (Oracle). My balance grew to $25,278. Axi only allowed me to withdraw my original $3,500. My next withdrawal of $3,000 (Ticket 3441263) was never paid. What followed was a long list of hurdles for what should have been a simple withdrawal. Axi demanded far more documentation than is reasonable for accessing my own funds, including a video selfie, proof of address, bank statements, crypto deposit proof, blockchain confirmation, and even proof of funds from Interactive Brokers, which I supplied. After supplying all of this information Axi said the withdrawal was being processed. However, a few days later when the withdrawal still had not arrived, Axi then insisted they needed proof showing where the original $3,500 in my crypto wallet came from before they would release my money, despite already receiving proof of a $75 000 withdrawal from Interactive Brokers. Very shortly after, before I had a chance to respond, Axi then shut down my account and did not return my $21 788 cash balance, stating that I could not prove the original source of the funds. I then provided the further proof they wanted but then they said they will still keep my $21 788 anyway as they then said the real issue was not proof of funds but actually was my “abusive trading behavior” on my only trade on the site. When I asked what exactly was “abusive” about a single buy trade on a major blue-chip stock like Oracle, no explanation was given, and they said in their formal "Final response" email to me that under their terms and conditions they are not required to give any explanation and their decision to keep my money is final. The result was that Axi kept my entire cash balance of $21,788 instead of returning it to me. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

You can deposit as little as 5$ so it's a good platform for every trader mostly for beginners who's doesn't want to risk their funds

My Axi account with over €94,000 is blocked, and I’ve been unable to withdraw my money for more than a week. Support now says my account was “revoked from swap-free status” because I supposedly “broke the swap-free rules.” Yet I traded less than one day, so no swaps were ever applied — meaning there was no possible violation. When I asked to see the “document” they claim I signed, the agent told me it was a “personalized agreement sent only once” and that they “cannot send it again” because doing so would “make me eligible for swap-free again.” That’s absurd — if the document exists and is the reason my funds are frozen, I have the right to receive a copy. Axi is withholding my balance without evidence, transparency, or timeline. This is completely unacceptable conduct for a broker that calls itself regulated. UPDATE 2 re Axi answer: I have sent plenty of emails to service at axi.com so pls don’t give the same answers to everyone. UPDATE 3 re Axi's reply: Thank you for replying, but your statement completely avoids the real issue. My account was blocked for more than a week with over €94,000, and I was repeatedly told it was under “review” for a supposed swap-free rule violation. In reality, my trades lasted less than one day, so there was no swap advantage at all — the only thing that happened is that I made profits (THIS IS THE REAL PROBLEM GUYS). Now the withdrawal option suddenly works again, but only after endless emails, chats, and public exposure. That speaks for itself. If this was truly about “integrity” or “fairness,” Axi would have shown the alleged document I supposedly signed — instead of refusing to share it and inventing new explanations.

Can not transfer from crypto. I told it with the chat but nothing happens to fix it. AXI didn't solve any of my problems since 3 weeks ago. Sorry but I consider it as Bad support I hope I will be able to bring more cash to my account soon and start trading
The professional agent skills

I’ve traded with many brokers, but Axi has been by far the worst experience. I initially funded $400, then added another $600, growing my account to $800 profit through gold scalping. But on 15 October 2025, during the New York session, their servers froze several times while I was trading gold, resulting in total losses of about $1,200 due to repeated technical failures. The platform would freeze for 10–20 seconds, preventing me from closing profitable trades. Once it reconnected, the orders executed much later at losing prices. I recorded videos and screenshots as evidence and sent them to Axi’s support team, but they ignored the issue. After waiting more than 18 days, they replied with an irrelevant excuse claiming they couldn’t identify my account — despite receiving all details multiple times. Their investigation process feels careless and unprofessional. Trade carefully — platform reliability is critical, and Axi has failed in this regard. Account Number: 30023712
