The mt5 is so laggy, I have another mt5 with HFM comparing side by side can obviously show the difference between the two. I think need to work on this issue immediately

I love that now we have an app and its simple and fast to use, and that now i can trade from MT5
It is not practical platform. It hangs up from time to time and at the critical moment of placing order. I lost too much money due to this issue. Please improve your AXI platform otherwise I am planning to leave it for better one.
I encountered a problem on 12/28. I requested a refund of 203.75 KD and contacted Khalid, but the problem has not been resolved to this day.

Just started with Axi lost 200$, should've lost about 40$ but when I went to close my trades that were losing or set a stop loss. The app would just stop loading. Wifi was perfect, other apps I use were quick as ever. Kucoin being one of them. Now when I closed the ones in profit, no problem app worked great. This happened 3 times I thought it was just a fluke thw first 2 but 3 times losing trades ending up losing 3 times as much because the app would just stop working. Super discouraging, honestly feel scammed. Will be sharing this scammy behavior with all my fellow traders. Too bad.
