Customer service is great with this company. Your queries are answered in a timely manner once your request is clear. I love their app and the ability to close multiple trades at once. The MT4 is also great with the analysis of your win rate and profit rate. I have gotten my payments in a quick manner so that’s fabulous.

Terrible Patricia Rose Diana. Nice name. Not nice lady. Horrible customer service. Having made the effort to get to the City to meet with her in person, make sure it is not a scam. After she said she is there to 8pm Mon -fri She refused to meet with me. Refused to ring me. Only emailed me saying her shift finished at 7pm and that it was now 7.05pm. What happened to 8pm finish? I don't know if she is just a rude individual or wether the whole company is a scam
