About ARIEL
CSSF issued a warning on May 4, 2023, updated August 21, 2023, concerning www.arielsystem.pro. The authority classified the matter as identity theft and illicit activities, stating that unknown persons used the website and unsolicited contacts to distribute forged documents claiming that “Ariel SPF SA” was authorised and supervised by the CSSF as an offshore bank. CSSF stated that “Ariel System” and “Ariel SPF SA” were unknown to it, were not supervised, and had not been authorised to provide investment or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
On November 30, 2023, CONSOB ordered the blocking from Italy of https://arielsystem.pro as a website offering financial services abusively and without the required authorisation. The order was issued under Article 36(2-terdecies) of Italian Law No. 58 of June 28, 2019.
The Bank of Russia listed arielsystem.pro and arielsystem.ltd under “Signs of illegal professional securities market participant,” with an entry date of June 21, 2023.
