Altreserve is 100% a SCAM. Do not be fooled. thankfully my Bank was able to get back half of the money they scammed me on but I still lost a considerable amount. SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!
Do not get involved with Altreserve. It is all a scam. As soon as your money is sent to Altreserve it is then syphoned off. My funds were traced by Cyber Crimes Australia. As soon as I sent funds it was sent to other countries. Bulgaria being one of them. You will never get your funds. Trading looks good but it is all a scam.
I Am USER ID 359450 Nearly 2 years and unfortunatley i have to accept i have lost all my hard earned money after exhausting all avenues and legal options to recover it, ALTRESERVE Have just lead me from one scam to another in the process of me believing in good faith they would return my funds All i can do is advise others to stay away, cost my family alot ALTRESERVE will Reply NO Record of my account as they have to everyone that has blown the whistle on there scam
I will say- Do not invest and if you already did, you need to use legal aid. Nathan Reclaim" withdrew my asset.
They kept asking tax something that I did many times. They ware refusing to close my account according to their terms and conditions and sending me my investments. Basically they are just SCAMMERS. I had to filled a criminal report I filed a complaint, refused to allow them take my money, and had my money back in a matter of days with proffesional involvement which i employed. Avoid this awful platform! I was assisted with several other victims in recovering their money, I had given up all hope of ever having my money back. was recommended and they recovered my full investments of just over $260k legally, I'm filling another criminal report in all the countries I'm entitled to do so. I will not stop till everyone knows the truth. Save yourself before it's too LATE!!

This is in reply to Altreserve request for more info. ask DANIEL GOLDMAN, as he rang ue less than 90minutes in Australia. Also why are all ALTRESERVE'S replies unsigned,so they carry no authority at all . They are LIES, so people WAKE UP top them as a giant FRAUD. Who else agrees. Linddsay
I invested $47,000.00. I lost $209,307.62 to this company when I tried to withdraw my money. They deposited my money into a company called PrimeLock. PrimeLock wanted me to pay another $42,000.00 to get my money back from them. I complained to Altreserve so they asked for $10,811.00 as a deposit and promised in writing they would get my money back as well as the deposit. I stupidly paid up and never heard back from them for 5 months despite my efforts to contact them. Now they have got back in touch with me saying they are so sorry that there was a mistake, and I need to pay another $10,811.00 all over again. When I refused the manager DANIEL got angry with me and threatened that I would lose everything. He demanded I make a decision immediately. He said I was making excuses about not having the money and if I really wanted to get my money back there was always a way to find the extra $10,000.00. He even suggested that if one of my children were dying, I would find a way to get the money. I am 68 years old. I have no job and no Pension. AltReserve scammed my Retirement fund out of me. Yes, I am an idiot! AND ALTRESERVE IS A SCAM! And now they will reply and say I don't exist as a customer. Try account 359752.
Altreserve have stolen my funds claiming I didn't trade with them. My last review was taken off as Altreserve didn't like it claiming my review wasn't valid. Well I have news for Altreserve it was valid. I started trading with Altreserve last August and my trades were very good. The trouble came when my funds were to be released. They asked me to join another wallet at the end of December before Christmas, which I did and they transferred my funds to them. The wallet was fictitious and my funds were locked and my wallet account frozen. I spoke to my account manager regarding this when he came back from holidays and he organised Altreserve to have the funds returned to my account in Altreserve in early February. My funds have been sitting on my account in Altreserve ever since. They told me it would be 6-8 weeks before they would be released and now 5 months later they are still held and Altreserve's response to my reviews is I have no account. I may be a Senior Citizen but I am not senile. I do know who I traded with and the company I log in to. It is Altreserve.net. I have asked for them to contact me. I have left messages with the phone number on their website and they still do not respond. Beware of Altreserve. They are a scam. When they don't like your reviews they tell you, you have no account with them and then they also have your review removed.

They never return phone calls or emails and don't give you your money back when you request it. They are frauds! If your not, then return my phone calls that i have constantly left. Aimee Hahn
Scam! scam! Scam! Do not go anywhere near these criminals. Their response is always that they don’t have a record of the acct. I have lots of evidence to show that I did have an acct although clearly it was fake. They also have fake reviews on CryptoTrademastermind. Any companies reviewed favourably on this site should be considered as scams
They are doing an absolutely great job. I actually started earning money on the market. They don't offer loads of rubbish trades like others do. It's not about quantity but quality when trading. keep Providing insane analysis.
My experience with Altreserve has been great so far! I have access to high-quality trades and excellent customer service. You can try them first in their good platform and then processed with the trading. They also have an interesting affiliate program.
These people are scammers. I have $8k in my account and they won't release it.
This is absolutely a scam. Deposited a small amount of money to see. Recently asked for it back, suffice to say that did not happen
I agree with Shaun wholeheartedly. I have given them info requested but still in denial since my investment august 2024. Enjoy my investment, trust it doesn’t Come back and bite you. You are certainly not customer orientated.
Stay well clear. They call at all hours of the night and harass you. They are rude and will not take no for an answer. Worse decision I ever made to open an account. Never ever again. Don’t say you were not warned. Incredibly unprofessional organisation.
My husband opened an account just to try the platform out of curiosity. He then became very unwell and wanted to close the account. We get calls weekly from different sales people harassing us, we completed all the forms required for withdrawal and keep getting brushed off that they will “get the finance team to look into it”. The callers are bully sales people, do not listen to our wishes, harass my husband who had brain surgery. Even a customer experience manager was in touch to hear about our concerns and still tried to sell to us as we explained clearly the reason for leaving. Worst experience ever, do not recommend. Have the emails to prove it too.
Unfortunate zero stars is not an option! My prediction will be that they will say "we don't have an account under your name" I guarantee, they do. If Trust pilot allowed uploads of emails, WhatsApp messages, I have 7 months of proof this company will take your money, relentlessly call you to invest more and play dumb when you request a withdrawal. They will pass you on to the next person and the next. Scammers!
Apart from trying to take my funds out for the 6 months. In that time I had about 5 different account managers contact me. No one was able to help except for Scarlett a few weeks ago. then one night I traded on my own. I took my $800 and turned it into $8000. Now they have frozen my account and my funds and they will not give me any updates or valid reasons as to why. They also asked me to invest another $25000 for new trades while my funds and account is still frozen. Ps you do have me in your system. Please check your system, I have supplied My account no which is 358263 I also have email correspondence with Robbie, Scarlett and Theo. I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE IN YOUR COMPANY. WHY DON'T YOU FOLLOW UP????
Altreserve are very very unprofessional and my experience with them got worse, when I requested to withdraw my money. They blatantly refused and after pushing for it several times, they gave me a condition that required paying fees in advance. Which I thought was very ridiculous. Eleven and Stone pulled out all the stops just to make sure my money was pulled out completely. Altreserve was a bad decision I made. No one should make that mistake too
