About AlphasCrypto

The Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) issued a warning dated August 14, 2023, stating that AlphasCrypto (via https://www.alphascrypto.com/) is not a Maltese-registered company and is neither authorised to provide any financial services in or from Malta. The warning clarifies that AlphasCrypto is a clone of the legitimate MFSA-licensed Alpha FX Europe Limited, with no association to the original firm. 

On March 11, 2024, the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) added Alphas Crypto (via https://alphascrypto.co/) to its list of unauthorised firms, warning that the entity may be providing financial services or products in the UK without authorisation. 

The Spanish Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) included AlphasCrypto in its warning list on September 18, 2023, citing provision of investment services without authorisation. 

Austria’s Financial Market Authority (FMA) published a warning on August 31, 2023, stating that AlphasCrypto (website www.alphascrypto.com) is not authorised to conduct banking transactions or financial services in Austria under the Austrian Banking Act. 

Germany’s BaFin issued a notice on May 22, 2024, indicating that Alphascrypto.co is not supervised by BaFin and is not connected to the FCA-supervised Alpha FX Limited or the Germany-licensed Alpha FX Europe Limited. BaFin previously warned on October 17, 2023, against AlphasCrypto.
