Deposited 100$ , cant’ withdraw money unless that you trade it , i was asking for help for this thing . They told me that someone should call me but nothing , i also wrote emails to the support… NOTHING the unique way to withdraw was to trade all my money , that i did and i lost . THE WORST APP EVER FOR TRADE , DON’T USE IT.
Been trading with this broker for over a year now and am very happy with them. Despite their outstanding client support and trading options, their latest addition-the AAATrader app is a masterpiece.

I hope most of you do some research first before investing your money. Giving them 2 star instead of 0 for at least releasing my money but it took 2 months before they did.
Update: After a time consuming process and several miscommunication, I got my money back with profit about 2 weeks after withdrawal request but this company has still many issues to handle in their processes. Both the platform and the app they should make an overhaul on, there are many bugs in the website, the latter did not work at all. I prefer companies where withdrawals happen automatically not manually like here. And another heads-up, don't send them money via 3rd party services because they will first attempt to send your money to the 3rd party instead of you. Original review: I got convinced by a broker Frank Strauss to use AAATrade for trading with his assistance and he would get 10% of the profit and of course promised great wins which all sounded good. I checked AAATrade and they seemed to be a legit, regulated company but only by CySec and not the FCA. The former seems to be a lower standard. There were several bugs, missing forms and documents on the website, most of them I encountered during the account verification process and during normal use. I could not even get the mobile applications started which all are red flags, but the money was already there so I hoped for the best. I got passed to another broker Michel Richie right after the start who then applied a very different strategy than we agreed on with Frank and wanted me to deposit more money on the account which I refused. We did not lose money, even had some win after all, but I found the strategy too risky and stressful so I decided to withdraw my funds and invest it somewhere else. Here when the story gets rather similar to fraud companies. Last Thursday, after filling out forms and answering a some questions they told me that everything was fine and the withdrawal could take place. I double checked if they started the transaction the next day (Friday) and they told me that they will send the money right away. Yet on Monday morning I still found the fund on my trading account so I contacted them again and asked what's going on. They told me that they would proceed with the transaction right away. Of course in the evening the money is still on the trading account so it did not happen again. The traders say it's not a fraud. The CS always answer right away and claim that they are not fraud but the money do not come. So make your own conclusions. If the money would arrive in a couple of days, I would change my rating and review probably to average.
i like, pretty professional, can be annoying sometimes with their demands
AAATrade taking care of their clients, couldn’t make a deposit, showed me error. Find out that my bank declined a procedure for the safety, after calling to the support they were very friendly and helpful. I opened successfully account and after 12 hours I already opened first positions. Good Company with good reputation
