I am writing to formally challenge the recent removal of the FX bonus from my account, which was carried out “at company discretion.” Whilst I note that a partial refund has been made, this does not address the matter in full. Specifically: 1. Time and Effort – The process has caused significant confusion and required considerable time and effort on my part, for which no consideration has been offered. 2. Client Expectations – According to the official bonus rules (sections 1.6 and 1.7), clients are entitled to rely on transparent and consistent application of the program. Removal “at sole discretion” without explanation is neither transparent nor in line with the expectations set by your own terms. 3. Lack of Reasoning – If the removal was made under discretionary powers, no specific reason or evidence has been provided. Without this, the action appears arbitrary and potentially in breach of the principles of fairness and compliance. Given the relatively small size of the account (EUR 120), I request either: • A full reinstatement or refund of the FULL 110EUR account at the outset, OR • A formal written explanation, citing the precise rule and rationale under which the removal was carried out. Unless this matter is satisfactorily resolved, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue to the relevant regulatory authorities to review whether the bonus scheme is being applied in accordance with advertised rules and compliance standards.
I tried to open an account on 4XC to make large investments, but I was extremely disappointed. It’s 2025, yet they still require physical documents, completely ignoring the fact that digital documents like the Brazilian digital driver's license (CNH) and digital ID (RG) are legally accepted in Brazil. Something so simple became unnecessarily complicated. When I reached out to support, all I got was the same generic link to their platform, with no effective solution at all. If customer support is already this unhelpful during account creation, what should I expect if something really goes wrong? This experience made me lose trust in 4XC, and I do not recommend this broker to anyone. There are far more modern, reliable, and customer-focused platforms out there. Stay away from this one.
The withdrawal time is 7-10 business days for credit card. Everywhere else it's instant. Don't let them scam you off of your money and your time lmao. It's a scammy broker. They also gave me a password that didn't work and the support does not help at all. They just copy paste messages. Stay away from them.
