FXPrimus Launches Synthetic Indices — a New Class of High-Intensity Instruments for 24/7 Trading
On 9 July 2025, global broker FXPrimus announced the release of its Synthetic Indices line, created for traders who need continuous access to highly volatile markets without the influence of external news.
Synthetic Indices simulate the movement of real assets using mathematical random-number generators, so they do not react to macroeconomic reports, central-bank decisions, or geopolitics. This offers a stable, round-the-clock trading environment with “pure” volatility, where the trader’s own strategy is paramount.

The instruments are available in the MetaTrader 5 terminal and are divided into four series:
- Smash & Boost (500/800/1000) — sharp upward or downward spikes every 500–1000 ticks;
- Dynamic (25/50/75/100) — an adjustable level of volatility with one-second ticks;
- Pace (1–5) — step-wise price movement in fixed increments;
- Bounce (25/50/75) — three powerful “explosive” moves per hour for stress-testing reactions.
According to FXPrimus chairman Kostas Georgiades, the new product “allows experienced traders to focus on execution and discipline without being distracted by the unpredictability of the external backdrop” and complements the company’s transformation, which has already introduced the PrimoConnect social network, a revamped website, an accelerated client area, and a \$100 welcome bonus.
In the coming months, the broker plans to raise leverage to 1:2000 and continue investing in infrastructure to provide retail clients with institutional-grade conditions. Synthetic Indices are already available for eligible account types under the Primus Markets regulator; conditions may vary by region.
