Total waste of time
Not my cup of tea, but it was a nice expiriense. Thanks God, didn’t lost anything, but the process is difficult to understand, so I even did not try. After 2 days trying to understand what to do asked the manager to get back my money and get it in a few hours. If you have more patience than me – maybe Zurichmarket will suit you more. Good Luck!
A lb high prices (I mean fees), but in general easy, safe, fast and secure platform to buy/sell crypto. Will bo cntinue cowork with the platform and my manager Ross. Recomended!
Very satisfied with service and connection with my manager Christophe, but not so satisfied with process... Could be faster, a lot of sudden movements. Got my money back eventually, profit was less, than I expected
Had a nice expirience with a Zurichmarkets. It was my first attempt to do smth like trading, but the proof was more than I’ve expected. My manager Scott - cool man! Maybe due to him i actually succeeded in this. Have a lot of plans to continue to cowork with this market. If you are in the beginning of your trade career, this is good choice. Grat job, guys!
Scam. UK number calls and tries anything to get around explaining who they are, or how they have your details.
Bitter sweet... After being persuaded to open an account with minimum deposit I went ahead not realising Zurich Markets wasn’t even who I thought they were. After a few hours a ‘senior advisor’ called and arranged a time to go over their trading account etc. He didn’t call when he said but did the following day ...he wanted me to load some program to give him remote access to my computer, which I didn’t do, he then started shouting down the phone at which point I told him not to shout and that I was hanging up. Good news after I emailed customer support and explained above I was refunded my deposit in full including currency exchange costs. It is worth noting I had made no trades on the account. I wouldn’t recommend this company. Others may have a different experience.....Their efficiency in dealing with my complaint is why they didn’t get 1 ⭐️
