ZH1 Capital customer reviews

Summary
Multiple reviewers report being pressured into paying an initial “start” fee (commonly around £/€250–500) and then urged by account managers to increase deposits to a minimum of about £/€3,000. Several say card transfers were blocked by their bank, after which the broker insisted on bank transfers — which reviewers claim are effectively unrecoverable — and in at least one case additional unauthorized charges appeared on a card. Customers were asked for ID and utility bills under pressure, and many describe suddenly stopped contact from their account managers, no functioning call center, and ignored emails. Numerous attempts to withdraw funds were refused or repeatedly delayed without explanation, leaving clients unable to get their money back. Reviewers call the operation fraudulent or a scam, name specific people/brands involved (e.g., Peter Howard, ZH 1 Capital/ZH Capital One), and warn others not to engage; one person noted a recovery only after intervention by an external party (Sky:Safeline). Overall the consensus is unprofessional behavior, poor communication, and high risk of financial loss.

It started promising, a account manager was there special for me and he was very helpful. Contact every 2 weeks. I started with a small amount and doubled that. More was on the moment not ok for me, maybe later. They tried to make me deposit € 3000, then the system would work better..... I didn't and stayed with my deposit. I must say, they made a good profit on it. The trouble began when I wanted to withdraw money. Super fast withdraw says their site, but that is not true in my case. Since June 6 I tried 4 times to withdraw money, but it is every time denied after a week. No explanation and no contact. I of course mailed them numerous times about this. One mail that they handed it to the right department and that they would contact me soon is all I had. We are now 6 weeks later and still no sign of live or my money back. Very unprofessional behaviour from a company that should work on a base of thrust. No communication, no phone calls from my account manager and the most annoying, no money back. And the amount that I want to withdraw is actually very small, should be no problem for even the smallest company. Hopefully it's there someone at zh1 capital who reads this and understand what customer care really means and takes care of this very annoying story. I'm glad I didn't put more money in them...... Caution: These individuals are nothing but thieves. They lure you with investment opportunities, but once you make a deposit, they subject you to exploitation and servitude. There is no accessible call center for inquiries or assistance. Their platform is designed with the sole intention of deceiving and defrauding unsuspecting victims. I strongly advise against engaging with this platform of thieves.

I was in contact with Peter Howard, a true scam person!! They took 260 Euro "to get me started" and then my special adviser joined in to tell me that it had to be a minimum of 3000 Euro. Fortunately the transfer didn't go through for the 3000 Euro. I am still struggeling to get my starting fee back and they are trying to come up with missleading reason. Please dont trust THEM!!

they took £500 "to get me started" and then my special adviser joined in to tell me that it had to be a minimum of £3000. So stupid me took the bait and transferred money. First Direct VISA refused to transfer the money so I did a bank transfer - I realise now that the bank transfer is what they actually wanted all along because it is impossible to get it back. They ask me to sign an agreement - stupid me. They ask for "verification" from a driving licence and domestic bills. They hustled me for this. What for?? Scary. Don't touch them with a barge pole. JS More: Yesterday they phone me again and got quite "cross" when I said that I would not send ID documentation. I have been in contact with my bank who confirmed my suspicions. Today ZH 1 Capital took another £470 from my VISA account. BEWARE.
