The trading conditions conditions and support are largely excellent. I get the tight spreads they advertise, my withdrawals (mainly via USDT) have been consistently quick, and any time I've contacted support, I have gotten a prompt response from a real person. Those are the core things I need in a broker, and they deliver on them. Now for the parts that could be better. One minor gripe is the verification process: IDK why do they need it. It's not terrible, but some competitors verify within hours. Another thing is that while they do offer educational materials, I found them a bit basic.

I tried to withdraw my profits. The withdrawal process was straightforward. I put in a request to withdraw a portion of my profits (leaving the bonus in the account since you can't withdraw it) and it was approved within a day. The money hit my crypto wallet without any problems. After that, my remaining balance still showed the bonus credit available for trading, which was fine by me because I planned to keep trading.
