I am very disappointed with my experience. My funds are currently stuck in copy trading, and I have been unable to transfer or withdraw them despite multiple attempts. I have contacted support but have not received a clear solution or a reasonable explanation. I request the company to resolve this issue as soon as possible and allow me access to my funds. Until this problem is fixed, I cannot recommend this service to other users. I hope the company responds publicly and provides a fair solution.
Withdrawals pending for months I made withdrawal requests on February 13 and April 4, but they are still pending until now. Support only told me that the withdrawal is under final processing, but there is no clear timeline and no real update. It is very frustrating because I have been waiting for months just to receive my own money. I just want Zarvista to process my withdrawals and give a clear answer.
I’m honestly unsure what is going on with Zarvista. Since April 13, I have not been able to open the copy trading section, and because of that I also cannot access or withdraw my funds. I already contacted the helpdesk, but the reply I received felt like a standard template and did not actually solve anything. I do not understand why a client cannot access their own balance, and there is still no clear explanation or proper solution. I just want Zarvista to fix the access issue and let me withdraw my money.

No real action and no meaningful update. The issue is still there, and my funds are still stuck. This is not normal. A broker should never make it this hard for clients to access their own balance. People should be very careful with Zarvista.

I suddenly lost access to the social trading feature on my dashboard (April 9). I contacted help desk right away, but the reply I received was just a generic message saying they had “updated the relevant regards” and that it would be resolved shortly. That kind of response raises more questions than answers. No clear update, no actual explanation, and no sign of urgency from their side. When a platform handles client money, this kind of vague and careless support is a serious problem. Zarvista should stop sending template replies and start giving proper answers.

Then on April 8, I lost access to copy trading completely and contacted support again, but heard nothing. This has been stressful and upsetting. My money is stuck, I am being ignored, and I just want my funds back.

Blocking access to client funds while giving no real support is unacceptable. Very bad experience so far.

I have applied for a withdrawal 2 months ago and when I press to submit I didn't receive the pin required on my email. I have contact them by email, chat and whatsapp, and someone replied after 2-3 weeks on email to say that is not their problem, is my email provider problem. I have sent them a request to change my email because I think is hacked, no one has replied.

Very bed broker the would i have deposit still pending my withdrawal

This company is a complete fraud company. Many people have lost their money. Even if they make a profit, they will never return it. They will somehow avoid it by giving various reasons. The owners of this company are now absconding. There are even people who have committed suicide in the list of those who have lost their money by investing in this company.

Now it is one week after i submitted my review here, where i said they ignore my withdrawal. Just to update you guys that until now, i hear nothing from them still, my ticket is not responded, my withdrawal is not responded, no emails, live support not helpful at all, nothing, big fat zero, they choose to be silent and keeping my initial deposit and profit for themselves. Why trade here if other brokers offer fast withdrawals and fast responses? Safe your money guys, stay away from this broker. I am still looking for a way to submit a complaint against them, anyone can recommend me anything?
