They don't use SL and beg for more money - has no idea how to risk manage and does not practice what they preach ..they simply try to make as much as possible....luckily I did not give them much to play with.

This company and the traders using it are operating an advanced trading scam. Do not give them any of your hard earned money.
DO NOT USE THIS BROKER. After accepting all my documents to open the account they refused to activate it until I transferred funds to it. But after transferring the funds suddenly they want me to upload more documents to activate the account and I cannot cancel the application or transfer the funds back to my account. This company has reviews on all the popular sites but they probably paid for it with money that they stole from honest hard working people who are only trying to grow their savings. I tried emailing the support email that they have listed on their website. No one has ever responded. Their live chat doesn't work. Do I need to spend money calling some US number? The whole thing is like a scam. Sending them money for an account that will never be activated. BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS. STAY AWAY.
I opened an account with ZacksTrade in mid-November and today (nearly two months later) the application is still pending review. I have ~5k EUR sitting in their account. After multiple attempts and a two week delay, I did receive a reply to my email that I would see progress "within a couple of days". That was 10th December (one month ago) and still no progress. I tried to withdraw the funds and received an error message "we cannot process your request to add new withdrawal instruction at this time". It seems many other reviews online are correct unfortunately - this seems to be a very poorly run platform and withdrawing funds will be like squeezing water from a stone.
I am sorry to say that customer support services are very poor. 1st they are not able to open the account and now when they fail to open an account i ask for refund for my deposit and they are taking more than a month to refund the money. This is a totally unprofessional approach towards the work. Really disappointing.
Unfortunately, I was just told by Joshu at Zacks Chat international applications have been suspended. ????
Zackstrade seems to be a game of two halves. On the plus side it allows foreign investors and allegedly does not charge inactivity fees as long as you keep a minimum amount of $2500 dollars in the account. On the negative side it is very difficult to navigate the site. Really really difficult. Just finding your account balance is tortuous. And logging in? There is an impenetrable two factor authentication system involving a phone app. But the questions asked don't match the screen. I managed to log in twice. And I still don't know how I did it. Pressing help returns 'this is not available to your account". What? Zackstrade - if you read this please update your site so that help works at least.
Are we talking about zacks.com here? If so, then Zacks Is NOT an investor site for buying and selling shares. It is a site where you get solid and good recommendations for buying shares or recommendations for selling shares you have already invested in. So if someone misses money that they claim Zacks will not pay / have cheated them for, then they are referring to the wrong company. You can NOT deposit money at zacks.com. This is a site you subscribe to to get stock tips! And nothing more!

My dad recently died and had an account with Zack's Trade. It has been a nightmare for my mom getting it straightened out. She is not super computer literate and she was told they do not do anything with snail mail and she would have to go to a library or somewhere in order to fill out their lengthy paperwork. She took a copy to another financial adviser she works with and they couldn't believe all the crazy questions they wanted her to know (what was the date of the last time the deceased voted in an election? - really?)
Tried registering for a Zacks Trade account - filled out the forms and waited fore the 'confirmation 'number' to be sent to my email address. It never arrived. I tried clicking the resend button multiple times. Nothing. Do I have time to sit and call some US 888 phone number when there are hundreds of other trading platforms? Nope. Get it together Zacks. Total waste of 20 minutes.
