XTradeMAX customer reviews

Summary
Multiple reviewers describe the broker as a scam: easy to deposit but extremely difficult or impossible to withdraw funds, with many accounts blocked, withdrawals delayed for days or denied, and some customers never recovering their money. Common tactics reported include persistent high‑pressure cold calls from changing phone numbers, overly friendly account managers who later disappear, encouragement to take loans or add large sums, and repeated requests for more money to “save” or “unlock” accounts. Customers report being pushed to open crypto wallets or use crypto transfers for withdrawals, asked to install remote‑access software (AnyDesk), and coached to use international transfer services, while being asked for ID and bank statements under dubious pretenses. Several people say trades were manipulated or deliberately left without stop‑loss/take‑profit, trades were blocked from being closed, and the company blamed system glitches while funds vanished. The service uses fake or nonresponsive email addresses and gives inconsistent explanations, sometimes showing small token withdrawals to appear legitimate before refusing larger payouts. Vulnerable people, including an elderly retiree, were targeted and pressured into taking loans or using savings; reviewers describe severe stress and financial loss. Multiple posters note the broker is not UK‑regulated and has been flagged by the FCA; a few managed small withdrawals after long efforts, but the overall pattern is loss, harassment, and unreturned funds. Reviewers strongly advise avoiding the company and warn others not to invest.

I would have given the score as 0 but not possible. I did put a small amount into this company but eventually withdrew and that took quite a time and perseverance. Since then I have received persistent phone calls trying to get me to put money in again. I refuse and ask to be taken off their call list but to no avail. They have become a consistent nuisance and would never part with the smallest amount of money to them.

I have been on this platform for a good few months now.I have received a few withdraws but my handler keeps wanting me to take a loan of £10,000 to invest As you can imagine this is very stressful The account manager keep putting the pressure on me to do this. The phone calls lasting as long as 45 minutes I found this platform on Facebook say invest £250,00 pound and watch you money grow. What a load of nonsense. I also put in another £1,250 in under pressure I haven't received that much back. So in short I would leave well alone

My mother is 67 year old woman was conned stating that she can retire in the next five months. Her investment would be safe and completely insulated from any global events. They were pressurising my mother to dig into her savings. They made her transfer £ 250 & were pressuring her to invest more. However, when she resisted, they made her install AnyDesk on her phone and made her take personal loans (stating this is how the rich use debt) worth £18,000 from multiple financial institutions. They promised her the direct debit would be taken care by them. They made her transfer the money through Remitly (my mother has never used an overseas transfer) coaching her to lie to the bank that she is transferring these amounts for her flat that is being renovated in Singapore. They were insisting that my mother open a crypto wallet for the withdrawal, and they did give a £300 to show that it’s a legitimate company. 10 days after the withdrawal one of their representatives said that the account is in jeopardy and she would have to transfer another £15,000 to save her investment. If more money wasn’t added, all of the previous investment would be wiped off. When I intervened as this was done behind my back, they refuse to speak to me as I am not the account holder. This is when my mother realised it was a scam. My request to you please do not entertain these people. They will contact you from multiple numbers. This is a complete scam. FCA has red flag this company.

Initially depositing my money in their accounts is accepted and the way to make a deposit is well informed. The fact you have access to an account manager is comforting. You might want to read on though... Overall, I deposited almost £2500. I took the advice of the first account manager and made very little progress, to which he then stopped calling me for weeks on end and then altogether. So I wanted to to withdraw. You have two options for withdrawal, Credit Card and Crypto Wallet. I opted for the credit card and waited, and waited, and waited. No withdrawal. I contacted a guy with a bad attitude, who told me that my withdrawal had been denied. Told me to contact my account manager.. really? How? These people have a phone system that every scammer has, which consistently changes their phone number everything they ring. So which number, of the 20 or so I catalogued, do I use? Then a guy rings me. He convinces me to continue and everything was great. I made an extra $1900 and I wanted to withdraw my profits. Asking this guy how to withdraw, after asking for over a month, was met with the same promises and enthusiasm as I got before. But still I couldn't withdraw. You will be advised by these account managers to open positions with no take profit and no stop loss. The advice is just to leave the positions open and let nature take its course. A fatal mistake if you do this. Especially if you dont have much time to constantly check you account. This new guy went the same way as the first one Illusive and none contactable. I've not heard from this guy for over a month and still I haven't been able to withdraw a penny. Use these if you want to give them your money. This post will generate their usual response to email them to talk about it. Try their email, see if you don't get back the email demon stating their inbox is full. Scammers and con artists all the way.

Update 1 Following on from below review, they assigned a new account manager to me. I have been explained about how the credit works that they give you as a reward and special offer for adding money. NOTE....it is not just taken back even if you have traded a profit. They want you to trade so the credit is slowly reduced using the spread payments. I have been advised that the failures to close open trades, and other similar issues are caused by system glitches. I was told that the withdrawn $1880 was used fix a cotton contract that expired, open a new one and to cover some costs with spreads. ‐-------------- They will keep pretending bad reviews are for a different company. They are making excuses for not sending me any money. $1880 is already missing and stollen by them. They used their IT to change the trading capabilities in the hope that I would loose my trade. The blocked my ability to close trades so the value was lost. They continually ask for more money. One Edward asked for my ID and bank statements to manage some gold positions which he said CME would transfer. Always the same voice with different names. I am asking continuously to escalate the withdraw and to talk to me about it, and they won't.

My broker at Xtrade Maxfeed me a line of BS. After he talked me into taking out loans saying lets use the banks money to earn more intrest then they give. My 25,000 pounds gone then they phoned me asking me for a further 5000 pounds to stop it from going into liquidation. I was keeping an eye on it and was seeing it drop. Right away I cotacted him and he said that if I don't have the nerve not to watch the equity levels. All my money wasted on a promise that X trade max was a load of shit. Please don't trade with them unless you want to loss your money

I will increase the star rating if they deliver my withdrawal requests. All of them, and especially if they deliver it fast. It's quite standard for a withdrawal to take 5 to 10 days with some trading accounts. I trialed Fortrade.com and the next day they sent my $4000.00

I wrote a review saying how helpful the traders are and they are. However, my bank has flagged this company as a scan and stopped further payments. I have requested a withdrawal which is going to take 10 working days? I don't know if I will get back any of the money I invested? I don't think there's anything thing else to say.

I joined after watching a video from Martin Lewis which I now know was a scam. But I had no idea what it was about.Giving them £200 totally ageist my husband wishes. Got over 10-20 phone calls pressuring to trade . I tried it but couldn’t understand what I was doing. So I asked for a refund 4 times. Now they are telling me I need a crypto account to withdraw funds. Something else I know nothing about. I’ve reported this as a scam and I’ve learned a lesson the hard way
