Summary
Most reviewers describe their experience with XTrade or related platforms such as XTradeMax and Paragon Services as fraudulent and manipulative. Many claim to have lost their deposits after being pressured by aggressive account managers to invest more funds, often under the promise of guaranteed profits or bonuses. Several users report that once they refused to deposit additional money or requested withdrawals, communication stopped, or excuses were made to block access to their funds. Some also mention fake endorsements, nonexistent regulatory status, and misleading marketing materials that imply connections to well-known figures. A few reviewers express satisfaction with the platform’s usability or support, but these opinions are vastly outweighed by numerous accusations of scams, unethical behavior, and financial losses. The overall sentiment is strongly negative, urging others to avoid investing with this company.

My advisor was Igor, he always gives good strong advise and guidance when trading. He has a strong knowledge and is very helpful when new to trading. Trades do go up and down but he’s always there to support . Being able to with draw funds as and when required is a great bonus. It’s an easy app to use with good support. Would recommend.

Since writing my previous review the company have been in touch. They tell me I can withdraw funds in 1 week. I therefore reserve judgement.

Invested with this company and I have made a few withdrawals but recently my success manager has reassured me that pending withdrawals would be honoured which hasn’t happened. My calls and text messages have also been ignored and I have today complained and was told a senior member of staff would contact me,but this is probably another stalling tactic. At present I would certainly not recommend anybody to invest their money.

I've been trading forex with various brokers for over five years, and I have to say, switching to XTrade has been a breath of fresh air. They've managed to strike a great balance between powerful tools and a clean, intuitive user experience.

I’m glad that I started trading exacTLY at this platform. I didn't spend much time for adaptation, the broker provided me with some useful learning insights. I’m happily trading for now.

X-trade is a BIG SCAM written all over it! These people are big scam artists who will try and do everything to milk all your money. First, they will lure you into getting $160 bonuses when you invest $250 for a standard account. Finally when you engage, they will let you win some trades for the first couple of days. After that, they will intentionally ask you to open losing trades. When you finally realize that your account is in peril because of these losing trades, the system would suggest that you invest more money to maintain your account and continue with your trades. Your accounts manager will add that because your account is only standard, closing an opened position is purely done manually so you will have to monitor the movement of your trade 24x7. Nobody with a sane mind would that of course. Eventually, they will suggest that you upgrade to a premium account that involves a whopping investment of $5,000. This way, you won't have to monitor your opened positions and close them when your trade is winning because this will be done for you by AI. Apparently, they claim that only premium accounts are partly intervened by AI. This is the part you'll realize this is all a scam! To those who of you intending to join this fraudulent scheme........DON'T! By the way, the names (not sure if they are even real) of the scammers are as follows: 1. Jenica Briones - inviter 2. Lucas Mendez - trade consultant/accounts manager

Hi guys I am rating my experience in relation to what I believe are issues rather than communications. I registered using an article that is appearing on X where supposedly Steven Bartlett in a podcast with Chris Williamson identified that there was a great way to make money through Paragon Services link. Initially I clicked on the link and it took me to register and then I was redirected to XTradeMax platform and immediately received a call. She was very nice but a little pushy and things to me did not sound or look right. At that point I stopped and started to do a bit of research and due diligence. When I did a search there was nothing to I could find linking Steven, Chris, Paragon or XTradeMax. The article quite sneekily was suggesting that the Bank of England was suing Steven Bartlett and had phoned him at the time of the podcast (why and aren't all podcasts recorded so ummm fishy). Supposedly they were forced to remove a segment of the conversation. Well someone seemed to get their hands on the removed part of the recording and was able to pull out of it a conversation details of a conversation that showed you could make lots of money with Paragon. This all sounds very fishy indeed. As I mentioned, I can find no proof that this ever happened. Secondly this discussion took place over a year ago. I watched some of the video on YouTube. I really doubt that Steven Bartlett got annoyed with the other guy and took his phone to register and then showed a profit within 30 minutes (as the X article suggests). Really !!! When I looked for the company and it's parent (Quantum Trade Hub LTD) at companies house, UK it did not exist with the exact name. She told me they were registered in the UK, umm. When I asked a Question to the girl I had talked to about whether the company is regulated in the UK, I got a really wishy washy answer. Actually looking on the bottom of their home page (XTradeMax), it highlights that they come under the FA of the Union of Comoros, an island in the Indian ocean off Southern Africa. So firstly (for me) it is not covered by UK financial authorities (who you can trust). When I read about the FA for Comoros, I found that it operates with significantly fewer regulatory standards compared to FCA (UK) or SEC (USA). Why this is important is that what you therefore get are weaker consumer protections, difficulty getting back funds and risk of high pressure sales and scams> I can see a lot of you have seen this behaviour and it is very difficult to stop. I do want to add that the likes of X and Facebook owners basically throwing away any fact checking in their social platforms, and Trumps ramblings lead to this type of thing where content is put on platforms with limited fact checking. The outcome is lots of pain / grief for ordinary people. I can see a lot of people giving high ratings and good luck to you, I hope you all do very well BUT I wont be going any further, and I do recommend you go do your own due diligence before transferring over any more of your hard earned cash. If it is "too good to be true" then most often it is "too good to be true".

I got scammed with this company under the so called stupid account manager Mateo! I need my money back, after depositing $300, he did nothing substial to generate profit instead he kept insisting me to add funds and when I refused, he asked me to open EUR/USD buy positions, claiming that I will profit from the strategy, which made me loose all the money!!This has to stop, I will not stop announcing this on social media, until they refund my money, and we should not allow anyone else to be scammed by these fake agent!
