XBTFX (SC) Ltd is incorporated in Seychelles (registered number 8434947‑1, address: 9A CT House, 2nd floor, Providence, Mahe, Seychelles) and is authorised by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles under license number SD169. Client funds are held in segregated accounts at ABSA Bank (formerly Barclays) and ring-fenced from the company's assets; the firm submits quarterly and annual regulatory reports as required.
XBTFX offers two account types—Standard and ECN—each with a minimum deposit of 5 USD, maximum leverage up to 1:500, support for MT5, automated trading (EAs), hedging, scalping, and Islamic (swap‑free) availability (Standard only). Account currencies include BTC, ETH, XRP, USDT; trading instruments span cryptocurrencies, stocks/equities, CFDs, indices, precious metals, commodities, and forex. No negative balance protection (NBP) is offered.
XBTFX LLC is incorporated in Antigua and Barbuda (registered number ILLC001, address: Hodges Bay, P.O. Box 1348, St. John’s, Antigua) and is not required to hold any financial services license in that jurisdiction. The firm does not provide services to residents of the United States, Quebec, Belgium, Belarus, Russia, North Korea, Iran, Sudan, and other restricted jurisdictions.
