They are a scam broker. It's a market maker with an offshore regulation so thay can do whatever they want. I deposited 2000€, made some trade with a profit of 56,41€. After 3 months, I decided to withdraw and they deleted my profits accusing me to do illegit trading. The same things happened to 3 friends of mine (with XB Prime). My suggestion is: there are a lot of brokers on the market, stay away from XB Prime.
I transferred 5k euros to the account, made absolutely normal and correct trade movements and earned 211 euros - when I decided to withdraw something (about 7 months after the first payment) they refused me the withdrawal, then they deducted the entire profit of 211 euros, plus they took another 100 euros from my account for no reason. they wrote to me that there are abusive trade movements, but they didn't specify which ones, since it's just an excuse to steal money from me. I have certain information that the exact same thing also happened to other acquaintances of mine. read the other reviews from others who have had the same experience as me. Stay away from these scammers
After six months of consistent trading, I earned $6,864.05 in profit with XB Prime. When I attempted to withdraw, they suddenly deleted my profits, using a vague excuse of "Improper or Abusive Trading." This accusation only appeared once I became profitable—losing traders aren’t accused of anything. XB Prime operates as a market maker, meaning they profit when their clients lose. Their business model clearly targets and benefits from losing traders, and they punish those who succeed. They even offered me $500 to stay quiet, but only if I signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement. When I refused, they blocked my account and stopped responding. XB Prime is a dishonest and unethical broker. Avoid this fraudulent company at all costs!
I don't recommend doing business with this broker, At first i signed up they claimed their own promotion is fake like seriously their is valid webpage and Terms and Conditions PDF on their website. And i submitted my KYC documents, They accepted ID Card after 3 days but rejected Bank Statement that is signed and stamped claiming “No Link or QR code to verify it's validity”. My bank statement is accepted by Top Notch Brokers; Binance, OctaFX, Deriv, Busha and Financial Institutions; Paypal, Wise, SumSub, Airtm, Paybis and others but this broker think it's fake. This is high level of unprofessionalism, This are sort of brokers that do questionable stuff for obvious reasons. EDIT; What the hell do you mean by “SCAM PAGE”!?, Are you saying someone injected non existent files/webpages on your website!?. And what do you mean by “Client Acceptance Policy”!? I haven't heard about such thing in my years of trading or online experience. And lastly the bank statement documents i submitted for proof of address verification is stamped and signed by WemaBank, They are the first Broker (Or Perhaps Scam brokerage/BucketShop) to reject my Document. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BROKER THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL.
