I can't even contact them any more. My emails don't go through and my account page is not accessible. Please, please people, don't go near this company. I've looked into it, and it's not even legal in Switzerland. FINMA, the financial authorities there, have given them a warning, but they're not registered. Doubt whether I'll ever be able to get my money back, but can only advise that no-one else will be scammed like me.
It's my 2nd review and response for wisebit.ai This review have a massive truth & foundation , it isn't an attempt to spread false accusations. My Account ID is 13987876. My account manager was the so called " Anthony Mornor". Based on my experience the services provided by company( wisebit ai) it looks like a fraud and cheateing. I have an email and Whatsapp messages in hand and vivid evidence s. After scamming my money, do you have any moral background to claim your innocence? That's ridiculous! If you want to me to reverse my negative review, you have my email and contact number. It's my advice to contact me and resolve the issue don't go around the bush. You are not doing your business seriously and you don't take care for your clients like me. Cheating doesn't bring reputation.
Benjamin contacted me today confirming I have an account. Withdrawal of funds arranged by Benjamin personally. all equity returned, result!! .My sincere thanks to Benjamin. Well done!!! I no longer have an account with WiseBit AI and this reported case via Trustpilot is closed. Very Pleased with this result. Again WiseBit what a stupid, automated response, I was praising Benjamin for arranging my funds to be refunded from the account I had 🤔🥱
Had a great experience with WiseBit.Ai. The analysis is next-level TA, and the trade calls are amazing. Never saw any group like this. Will recommend to family and friends.
So Wisebit contacted Trust pilot ..to state my review was inflammatory.. no just the truth scam site that wont return money .scam site simple
Can’t actually even give them 1star. It’s complete scam. They are scammers just taking advantage of vulnerable people. Stay as far away as possible especially from the accounts manager going by the name Jason Fassel. I hope this review can save someone from the trouble and loss I have been through.

WiseBit AI are fraudsters. They operate without a license, make false regulatory claims, and deceive users with unrealistic promises and fake reviews. Multiple financial watchdogs have issued warnings against them. This platform should not be trusted.
In the beginning, everything went fine. I deposited 250 euros, and later another one, because I made profit. They even showed me how to get a payout. My account manger kept hammering I should upgrade my account by taking credits here and there Then on national television I get warnings about these kind of businesses. So I started to investigate more. In the beginning there were only 5 star reviews, that had only 1 review posted. I checked out their legal certificate from CCA. I found out it is fake. CCA doesn't even exist as a regulating party. I checked their address, I cannot find wisebit.ai there. I contacted my account manager, who would provide me with proof. Nothing happened. Within days after that, I lost almost all my money, and I requested a pay out for the rest of the sum that was left. Instead of paying they invested that again in losing trades, until there was nothing left. On national TV, they refer to this as a boilerroom scam. Now I get daily phone calls or other scammers that want to get my money back, I don't know how they got my personal details of them, but it is themselves, or they have a data leak. I guess they respond that they don't have data from me on file, as they do to the other 1 star reviews :)
I registered with this company and payed them £500 upfront before my identity was verified. I then spoke on phone 1 hour later saying I no longer want to proceed and I wanted to be refunded. I was told that my money hadn't left PayPal account and would still be in it which it wasn't. Avoid this scam. Just need to wait and see how long PayPal take to get my money back as they are not responding to my emails. AVOID.
I was skeptical at first, but I'm pleasantly surprised. Wisebit AI have a seasoned group of traders who understand market movements and technical analysis. With plenty of resources and tools, I'm proud to be part of ttheir team and look forward to growing as a trader.
Same story here, I have put €250, about 2 months ago, they kept calling to update, good result in the beginning, asking me how much money I make, if I have a credit cards available etc, after some busy weeks for me in which I replied less, my account is block, and I my money is gone, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS, IT IS SCAM.
I am very happy with the service. We appreciate the time and dedication Wisebit AI puts into providing solid trades!

I deposited 1200 euro they added 200 as a welcome gift ? They show a chart of performance where my money kept growing at about 400 euro a week approx. I left all the investment decisions with them . I was updated every week by phone and advised to add another 5000 euro as things were so good . I did not add any more as my initial investment had grown to 3800 euro and i wanted to see how wisebit could perform. They kept ringing for 8 weeks ? to persuade me to deposit more but when i tried to withdraw 800 euro because they were failing with my investment. which now stands at 24 euros / Yes 24 Euros. They are not so keen to get in touch now and dont reply to my messages/texts . there website email doesn"t work nor there phone number which is always changing . They also dont have a bank account . when i paid my intial money in it went to a baking business in the Lebanon. I would say this is a fraud/scam so beware
They are literally scammers from Africa !!! Their offices are not real in Switzerland .. they all call you off different mobile numbers. You can’t get access to your money when you want to make a withdrawal. DONT give them your bank details or any money !! You have been warned If trust pilot allow I am happy to share emails and watsapp messages where you company are scamming me out of money . I can share screenshots my account number with you is 14444099 . You will see my balance and my withdrawal request goes back to early feb and nothing but excuses angry excuses … disgusting . I will not remove this review and will be sharing as far and wide as possible. I welcome any contact from trust pilot or other platform and will happily share all the proof .
