I’ve deposited so many times but never received deposit on time and if i don’t complain about it then they also don’t take any action fast and there customer support is so stupid never replying to any complaints i’m really very much fed up of this bullshit

Dear Winprofx Management / Support Team, I am writing this email with extreme frustration and disappointment regarding the ongoing issues with the IB portal and IB reward withdrawals, which have not been resolved for the last 15 days, despite continuous follow-ups from my side and my associates. Neither I nor my friends are able to withdraw or transfer IB rewards to any MT5 account. Every time we attempt a transfer, we receive the same response: “Internal Server Error.” This issue has been reported repeatedly through emails and live chat, yet no concrete solution has been provided. What is even more concerning is that all company staff contact numbers are switched off, leaving live chat as the only option. On live chat, we are given daily timelines such as morning, noon, evening, or 24–48–72 hours, but every single day the same response is repeated without any progress. We are repeatedly asked to share MT5 ID, email ID, and contact number, which we have already provided multiple times. This situation has reached a point where we are wasting our entire day, morning to night, only to explain the same problem again and again. We are forced to ignore our personal and professional work just to follow up with Winprofx, and still there is no resolution, no accountability, and no clear communication. I, along with other IB partners, am mentally exhausted and completely dissatisfied with the way this matter is being handled. The word “soon” has become the only response we receive, which is unacceptable for a professional brokerage company. Due to this experience, I would never recommend Winprofx to anyone. In fact, I will strongly advise others to choose more reliable and transparent brokers such as Vantage, XM, or similar companies instead of Winprofx. I request immediate action and a written resolution timeline for this issue. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate it further and take necessary steps to protect our interests. I made Withdrawal on 16 December, 17 December , 18 December and 19 December and all the Withdrawals are completed but the money haven't credited to my bank account. Today is 21 December. And moreover there is no proper response from Winpro Fx support team. I myself I am leaving this broker. Its a fake and scam broker. I strongly suggest not to use this broker.

The website and app are extremely buggy and unreliable. Constant glitches, loading failures, and frequent crashes make them almost unusable. Basic functionality does not work properly, which is unacceptable for a professional company. The overall user experience is frustrating and poorly maintained. Every time their relationship manager ask me sir do you use application or website than i tell web than they tell me sir log out website and log in than problem still not solve than they tell me sir use application than i use application but problem still not solve i have lot of work i am not free for play with web or app log out log in

My personal experience and advice to not invest in this scam scheme and also never believe any words of the account managers. It all started well, profits were shown on my dashboard but couldn't take out the money and my account manager advised me to pay some extra fees which I did but the problem persisted. It was then I realized I was being taken for a fool and immediately started hating myself for falling for this scam and its perpetrators. Please take this as a warning as I would have lost over $220k I had nearly given up hope of recovering my funds. I then took formal action by filing a complaint, refused to allow them take my money, and had my money back in a matter of days. Avoid this awful platform! I was assisted with several other victims in recovering their money, I had given up all hope of ever having my money back. . This process resulted in the successful recovery of my money. Based on my ordeal, I strongly advise potential investors to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence.

Subject: Serious Concerns Regarding Services, Support & Withdrawal Issues Dear WinProFX Team, I am writing this complaint to highlight the extremely disappointing experience I have faced with your company over the past several months. I was previously associated with Exness as an IB, where I had a client deposit base of over $25,000 under me. Later, your team contacted me and assured me that WinProFX would provide better service, tighter spreads, and overall premium support. Based on these promises, I shifted to WinProFX and have now been with your platform for nearly 3 years. Recently, upon your recommendation, I deposited an additional $15,000 into my WinProFX account. Unfortunately, ever since then, the quality of service has become worse instead of better. Major Issues I Am Facing: • Withdrawal timing is highly irregular: sometimes it arrives in 15 minutes, sometimes 5 hours, and sometimes even after 24 hours it does not get processed. • On multiple occasions, the same withdrawal amount has been processed twice, causing unnecessary complications. • For the past two months, these problems have increased significantly and no proper response or explanation has been provided. • My relationship manager Ushbaan, who promised to provide support and service, has not contacted me at all for nearly one year. • Despite having 10+ clients under my IB, neither I nor my clients receive timely replies or proper support. I am extremely tired and disappointed with this unprofessional behavior. After trusting your company with significant funds and clients, receiving such poor service is unacceptable. I request immediate action to resolve these issues and to restore proper communication, service, and transparency.

I have been facing serious issues with WinProFX for the past month. I’m unable to complete my KYC verification because the system keeps showing “Session ID is invalid” and “Page not found” every time I try to submit my documents. Due to this problem, I have been completely unable to withdraw my funds or trade on my account. I have contacted support multiple times, but the issue still remains unresolved even after more than 30 days. This situation is highly unprofessional and raises concerns about the reliability of this broker. A platform that cannot fix basic KYC or withdrawal issues for such a long time is not trustworthy. I hope WinProFX takes this issue seriously and resolves it immediately, but as of now, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
