Summary
Several reviewers say the site and app run well on Android but note iPhone users may have difficulties, and one described the platform as primitive and "rustic." Multiple reviewers accuse Win Protocol (protocolwin.com) and individuals named Alexander Mills, William and Frank of operating a scam: they allege being urged to invest in crypto arbitrage and bitcoin-halving schemes promising monthly profits, then repeatedly asked to pay legal/transfer/gas fees to execute smart contracts and withdraw funds. One complainant reports investing over $50,000, being asked for additional payments until the purported payable amount reached about $81,000, paying fees multiple times, being blocked in chat, being asked for a final CAD 1,500 gas fee, and never receiving any payout despite the blockchain explorer showing a "contract successful." Reviewers warn others not to send money, say refunds are not returned, report severe financial and emotional harm (including suicidal feelings), and question why regulators have not acted despite the site claiming FCA regulation.

WIN PROTOCOL CROOKED AND SCAMMED ME. MAKING MYSELF IN VULNERABLE/SUICIDAL POSITION. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM I am a victim of being scammed by a platform name of WIN PROTOCOL (protocolwin.com). I invested money in cryptocurrency with the hope of making profit and the so-called broker and scammer Alexander Mills, finance guy William and Frank together crooked me and took all my money by provoking me to get more profit. At the beginning, Alex (Alexander Mills) told me in sweet tone to invest for arbitrage trading as well as bitcoin halving with the hope of getting monthly generated profit, which seems to be believable and might help to relieve my job stress and accordingly I invested in cryptocurrency a moderate amount. When it was due for profit, then William asked me to invest in an event for a more profit compared to general trading and I invested there for which I would suppose to get a more profitable amount. Alex made a contract with blockchain (not sure it is real or fake) rep that in order to execute smart contract and withdraw that amount I had to pay legal and transfer fee and if I pay that amount, smart contract would be executed automatically. After I invested that amount they told that the payment would be active but I did not receive my money. The scammers told me not to be worried, as the amount I paid would be added to the amount to be paid and then they asked me again 02 times in the name of bitcoin crash and execution of contract and for liquidation of the amount and I again paid that amount as transfer fee but I did not receive my money back. The total payable amount showing in smart contract reached around 81K but I did not get a single penny for the investment I made which was above 50K. Alex blocked me in chat and William was so greedy that he promised he would pay the full amount if I pay him lastly 1500 CAD for gas fee. I did not pay that amount and in blockchain explorer, the amount still showing as contract successful but I did not get my payment yet. Now I have no money in my account and I am a kind of beggar. At family, I have not status except the hatred and I do not find any way to survive in this world. I found in the website that this company is FCA regulated. So, my question is how these f*ing scammers crooked me (maybe many others as well are being crooked everyday) and the regulatory bodies are not taking any action against them. Could anyone help me and save my life including my family and kids by releasing the money to me that I had invested.

That’s not what I expected as a customer no matter what my experience or expectations were. Well, how to explain - this is, one might say, primitive and did not allow me to apply my usual tactics. There are no claims to operations and transactions, but it is rustic. IMHO

Both the site and the application run well on any of my Android devices. I heard that iPhone users have some difficulties, but I did not personally check it.
