This company blocked me from withdrawing my deposit and profit. They later approved the withdrawal only on the dashboard but on the systems they never approved it, I've waited for my withdrawal for 2 months and 3 weeks till to date but it never showed up. This broker is a big scam. Never deposit a single scent with these people as they are dangerous, their support doesn't respond to queries except when you ask about the deposit process only
Worst Customer Support ever received from any company. I funded my account via card payment and now I am not able to withdraw because card payment is not listed for payouts. several times contacted with chat support and there is a same person telling me same BS everytime that there is no issue from there side. Also raised a support ticket which goes to same person and with same answer. its been more than a month now and I can't figure out how to withdraw my money. AVOID - AVOID - AOVID

I traded with White Forex and made genuine profits through 10–15 minute trades. After I requested withdrawal, they removed my profits, claiming it was “scalping,” even though I followed proper trading practices. There was no clear rule violation mentioned beforehand. Customer support is based in Pakistan, and the broker also appears to operate from Pakistan. Instead of providing proof, they simply deducted my profits. This behavior seems highly suspicious and unprofessional. I would advise traders to be very careful before depositing funds.
I had a very disappointing experience with this broker. After trading and making profits through normal trades, my mamber profit was removed from their accounts without a clear and satisfactory explanation. I contacted customer support multiple times, but instead of resolving the issue properly, I received unclear and inconsistent responses. As someone who runs a trading community and recommended this broker to others, this situation has seriously damaged my trust. Transparency and fair treatment are extremely important in trading, and unfortunately, I did not experience that here. I request the company to review my case properly and provide a clear explanation supported by their official policy. $8,000+ Confiscated, No Evidence, No Response This is one of the most disturbing experiences I have had with a forex broker. White Forex deducted over $8,000 from my trading account and accused me of “external hedging” / “manipulative trading.” I completely deny these allegations. I traded manually and requested clear proof of any violation. To date: • ❌ No trade logs • ❌ No timestamps • ❌ No system evidence • ❌ No written explanation • ❌ No response from compliance I emailed support and the complaints department multiple times and opened an official support ticket — no reply at all. Even worse, when I try to resolve this through their website, customer support repeatedly closes the live chat instead of addressing the issue. This behavior raises serious concerns: • Funds are removed without due process • Allegations are made without proof • Communication is ignored • Support actively avoids engagement I joined White Forex through an Introducing Broker and trusted the platform. Unfortunately, this experience shows a complete lack of transparency, accountability, and client protection. Until White Forex provides: 1. Verifiable evidence of wrongdoing 2. A clear explanation 3. Restoration of my funds —I cannot and will not recommend this broker to anyone. ⚠️ Traders, be extremely cautious. This review will remain public until this issue is resolved properly.

This platform operates in a misleading and unethical manner. Clients are encouraged into high-risk trades that result in losses. After reporting the issue, I recovered my funds, but I would not recommend this service to anyone.
i lost my 5400, it says i breach the contract because of fast scalping, it's very funny, also they nullify my whole funds without any valid reason, it is waste of money, stay away of this scam broker.
There is millions of brokers… and White forex isn’t the one. *Absolutely 0 support and when there is they don’t talk professionally (feels like I’m chatting with that didn’t go to school) *Delayyyyyys… I waited for weeks for <50$ withdrawals. It is insane and they ban as soon as you make profits. Do absolutely NOT trade with them, they blocked my 80$ profits because of “unhetical behavior”, it is alright. Merry Christmas to everybody expect WhiteForex!!!!
Totally and fully full scammed... They give 10$ bonus but not allow to withdraw... Thay asked for 50$ Deposit.. after deposit 50$ they can't reply you...
This broker is a scam broker. Deposits are easy but when you withdraw your funds and profits, it withheld your funds. No support or nothing responding. Funds gets stuck when you deposits your funds. Dont trust this broker. Stay away from it.

this site is totally scam. i find their add on Facebook and they said they are offering no deposit trading. so i thought why not just try? so i created an account with them and they give me 10$ bonus. i start my trading and manage to generate some profit with this account but when i reached 25$ account stopped over there i tried to contact with support team and they said 25$ is maximum limit of this account and now i need to deposit 50$ to withdraw this profit i said that i don't want to withdraw please transfer my 15$ profit to my other account so i can continue my trading but they said this is also not possible now you have to do a deposit of 50$... after that support team stopped responding at their website it shows me i am not able to reach them because i don't have internet. but my internet is working fine. so they are totally scam do not trust them do not deposit with them. clearly stay away from them...
WhiteForex blocked my MT5 account without any warning or notice. I only used normal buy/sell and simple hedge trades. After I made $2,500 profit, they suddenly claimed I broke their rules but provided zero proof, no trade details, and no explanation. They stopped replying to my messages and kept my profit, allowing only my deposit to be withdrawn. This behavior is completely unfair and looks like a scam. Traders should be very careful with this platform.
Most unreliable broker. They have very poor customer service. Scalping is not allowed on there website. They took my 5000$ because I was scalping . No broker allowed to withdraw money from your account but they did. Highly recommend not to use this website. If you wanna save your money and time plzzzz . These are not paid or fake comments.
