WellVest operates via the domain wellvest.pro and claims to offer trading in Forex, indices, cryptocurrencies, stocks, and other global instruments; however, it holds no licences or authorisation from reputable financial regulators such as the UK Financial Conduct Authority or Spain’s Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV)  .

On October 14, 2024, the CNMV added WellVest to its warning list for offering investment services without authorisation . On November 21, 2024, Italy’s CONSOB issued a blocking order against WellVest for illegal provision of financial services within Italy . Additional alerts have been issued by other authorities including Austria’s FMA .

The website’s domain was registered on July 1, 2024, with WHOIS data masked using a privacy service; there is no verifiable contact information or physical address associated with the broker  . Security-rating services have flagged the site as suspicious—ScamAdviser assigned a very low trust score (0), Gridinsoft labelled it a “fake investment/earning website” with a score of 1/100, and ScamMinder rated it 10/100, all indicating high risk   .
