Company can hold money or doesn’t respond for weeks …. The bonus can be taken back anytime…. Think twice
Update: After reviewing them on trust pilot and I have all the evidence that they didn’t want to pay my profits (hard copy on emails) now they are asking Trustpilot to remove my review. I will always add the review back. I want everyone to know what happened. THIEVES THIEVES THIEVES I deposited funds and started trading. I made profit so I tested the water with a small withdrawal, it was approved, again after a week maybe i withdrew a little bit higher amount and was approved, so in my mind I was thinking ok they are legit and trustworthy but what happened after is FAR from that. I made almost 13k in two weeks, so I requested a withdrawal of 2k this time, after 2 days a response came back REJECTING the withdrawal. They said I was scalping and high frequency trading, and that they wanted to take half of the profit. I had all the proof that I ALL my trades were MANUALLY OPENED AND CLOSED, my average hold time based of MT5 report which I still have is 32 minutes for all the trades. I replied to their emails with proof from THEIR WEBSITE and Google that scalping and HFT (which I wasn’t doing is allowed at VortexFX) and yet to hear from them. They are bunch of fraudsters and will submit a claim regarding them. I know they are not regulated but still will file a claim against them. After them not replying and ghosting my email, I blew the account on purpose because if am not taking my earned profit NO ONE WILL. I blew the account archived it and DELETED IT. NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS BROKER. Their response to this will be in our terms and agreement it mentions no scalp, THIS is BS. They have it advertised on their website. All screenshots and emails are available upon request. Update: First of all, the reason of rejecting my withdrawal was “scalp trading as mentioned in the email of rejection and high frequency trading” which both were advertised on your WEBSITE. I wasn’t doing any copy trading or using any EA. I trade manually always. I also don’t need anyone to trade on my behalf. The reasons provided in your review were null regarding rejecting the withdrawal. I was the one who closed the account and blew it because as I mentioned if am not receiving my own funds NO ONE WILL. If I knew scalp wasn’t allowed I wouldn’t have traded that way. No one was pressuring but your complaint team never reply to the emails and no phone number was provided to call. The delay of replies to emails this should be worked on and not ignore your clients. Best of luck for your broker.
Easy to follow, great customer service
Another good experience with Vortex. I made just over $1100 in December. Withdrew $500 on Friday the 2nd and hit my account today. Really impressed so far.
What stands out is honesty. They don’t sell dreams, they teach skill. The team sets clear expectations, and that transparency is why I trust them.😃

Im honestly I have to say , withdrawal may take time ,but you will receive your profit, the copier is doing well ,but even with Vantxxx,or Vtmxxxx,sometimes take longer,but so far excellent experience and support very good assurance and assistance.

’m writing this review to share my personal experience with Vortex FX, and honestly, it has been nothing short of exhausting and discouraging. I deposited my own money, traded using my own strategy, and made profits legitimately. The moment I requested a withdrawal, everything changed. It has now been over three weeks—almost a full month—since I requested my payout. Instead of processing my withdrawal, Vortex FX told me my account was being “suspended” while their compliance team reviewed my trades. During this long “review,” they accused me of all kinds of things: using robots, using a VPN, following signals, or having someone else trade my account. In my personal experience, none of these accusations are true. And despite asking repeatedly, I have still not received any real evidence to support their claims. What makes this even worse is the communication. For three weeks, I contacted Vortex FX every single day. Some days I waited because I was tired of being ignored, only to reach out again and get the same copy-paste answers. No real updates. No explanations. No timeline. Just delays. I provided everything they asked for, including proof that I traded manually and independently. Even after doing all that, my account is still suspended and my withdrawal is still not processed. At this point, based on my personal experience, I’ve accepted that I’m not getting paid out. That’s exactly why I’m writing this review—so others know what I went through before depositing their money or trusting this platform. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a trading platform.

Vfx is the best broker ever , one they accept us clients , most overseas brokers leave us out the mix . My favorite thing about vortex is that we can trade on mt5 & the leverage is great for scaling your accounts . Unlike the brokers in the USA with low leverage vortex gets 5 star everytime, & a big thank you to support time these guys respond fast & fix any issues !
My experience was great haven encountered various hurdles and seen my account blew up on several platforms. Their risk management approach while making profits makes vortex fx the best in the market. I highly recommend them for those who have been disappointed in the forex market.
