Vittaverse canceled my $2,272 trading profit without providing evidence I am sharing my personal experience with Vittaverse to help other traders make informed decisions. I deposited a total of USD 5,101 of my own money and traded actively on my account. After earning USD 2,272 in legitimate trading profits, Vittaverse canceled all of my profits, alleging “Latency Arbitrage” and later also referring to “Promotional Misuse.” I completely reject these allegations. I have never received or used any bonus, cashback, promotional credit, or promotional campaign from Vittaverse. Therefore, I do not understand why “Promotional Misuse” was mentioned in their response. I repeatedly asked Vittaverse to provide: * The exact trades they claim violated their Terms and Conditions. * The specific clause that was allegedly breached. * The execution logs or any technical evidence supporting their accusations. Instead, Vittaverse replied that they would not disclose their internal assessment or monitoring methods and considered the matter closed. To be fair, Vittaverse did return my original deposit of USD 5,101, but confiscated my entire trading profit of USD 2,272 without providing any evidence to support their decision. I believe that if a broker accuses a client of prohibited trading, it should be able to identify the specific trades involved and provide objective evidence. Transparency is essential for building trust. I sincerely hope Vittaverse reviews my case fairly, provides clear evidence supporting its allegations, or restores my legitimate trading profits.
I am sharing this review because I genuinely hope Vittaverse resolves my issue professionally. I have been trading with Vittaverse for around 10 days on account 803986. During this period, I deposited funds, traded normally, generated profits, and then requested a withdrawal only for part of my profits. Initially, the withdrawal request appeared normal. A few hours later, I received an email stating that the withdrawal had been declined due to a “system upgrade” related to their cryptocurrency payment provider, and I was instructed to submit a new withdrawal request using Coinsbuy instead. Up to this point, I remained patient and cooperative. However, after the withdrawal was declined, my funds were transferred back into the trading account instead of remaining in the wallet balance. Now comes the concerning part: I am no longer able to transfer the funds from the trading account back into the wallet account in order to submit the new withdrawal request. The system displays: “This operation is not allowed.” Because of this restriction, I currently cannot proceed with the withdrawal process at all. I have already contacted support and I am waiting for a proper resolution. My account is verified, the funds are available, and I simply want access to transfer my own balance back to the wallet so I can complete the withdrawal as instructed by the company itself. At this moment, this situation is creating a serious trust concern and turning the broker into a yellow flag from my perspective until resolved. If Vittaverse resolves this issue properly and restores normal withdrawal functionality, I am fully willing to update or remove this review. I hope the company handles this professionally and transparently.
I was very disappointed with Vittaverse. The platform sounded innovative, but the actual experience felt unfinished and confusing. Navigation was clunky, features didn’t always work properly, and updates seemed inconsistent. Customer support was difficult to reach and didn’t provide useful solutions when issues came up.

Very disappointing experience with Vittaverse. I made profit through normal self-trading using proper TP and SL. I did not break any rules or violate any terms and conditions. However, the broker confiscated my $685 profit amount without giving clear proof or explanation. Interestingly, they returned my initial deposit to my wallet, which clearly shows my funds were legitimate. If there was no issue with my deposit, then why was my profit removed? Extremely disappointing experience with VittaVerse. I funded my account in good faith and when I attempted to withdraw my funds, the problems began. My withdrawal requests were repeatedly declined with changing explanations, including “system upgrades” and later “account review.” What made the situation even more concerning was seeing funds moved internally between my wallet and trading account while my withdrawal access was restricted. This kind of experience destroys trust and creates serious concern for any customer expecting transparency and timely access to their own money. Customer service has not handled the matter satisfactorily, and the constant delays have only added to the frustration. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution with this organisation. I found a similar experience on their page on LinkedIn too.
BEWARE! SCAM site! I lost my money, support is AI that does not answer the query. AI will direct you to the email address answered by AI, then direct you to Telegram, which redirects you to the email. You'll run around the bushes. Answer to the reply below: A reply using this message came a day after the above message and directed me again to a non-existent Email Address. (support@vittaverse)
This broker rejected my profits without any valid reason. There is no real support available—the only support on the website is a bot, and no human representative will respond to you in this company. If anyone wants, I can send the necessary documents. I contacted you several times, but I only received responses from a bot. I made multiple attempts to reach you, but I was unable to get through to a human representative. My email is clearly registered, and I had a profit of $2,190. You rejected my profit easily and without providing any clear reason.
I’ve only recently activated the cashback and I’m still testing it, but it’s been working as expected. It’s simple and seems to work fine.
SCAM The broker is a scam. They let you trade and then wipe out your account, saying you violated their rules. They steal your money and ban you. I lost 1k
I am a Business Developer at a Crypto Exchange, and I've never seen such a blatant scam. I grew my account from $26 to $580. As soon as I requested a withdrawal, they declined it and manually slashed my balance to $36! For the last 3 days, their "Live Support" has been giving me the same scripted lie: "Transferring to agent..." No agent ever comes. It's a ghost show designed to steal time while they keep your money. They even tried to hide my profits by labeling them as "Bonus In" to make them unwithdrawable. hello eveyone, I worked with this company, end of it they deleted all profit on mt5 when I tried to reach customer services and support I couldnt. No response to my mails, nothing. İn addition that They are blocking your mt5 on portal you can see nothing. you can not acquire any money with this broker. Because they delete all money without a word. Hello, Your support service is very weak, and I do not have access to my account manager. You have provided a phone number several times for contact, but no one answers. Also, my trades are not closing at the take-profit levels that I set. Last Friday, I had trades during the NFP news. In the broker’s platform (MetaTrader), it shows that my take-profit was hit, but all my trades were closed with a loss. This situation indicates a serious issue with the platform, and it makes the broker look very unreliable. I kindly ask you to investigate this issue and provide a clear explanation as soon as possible.
Spreads are pretty good on my ecn account compared to what I was getting before. Especially on majors. It makes a noticeable difference.
