About VitalInvest

BaFin (the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority) has issued a public warning stating that the operators of vitalinvest.org are providing financial and investment services without the required authorisation under the German Banking Act; the site is not registered with BaFin and is suspected to be operating under a fraudulent business model, including sending falsified payment confirmations from a German credit institution and falsely claiming a registration in the UK and an affiliation with a non-existent regulator “FISEU.”

The Bank of Russia has identified VitalInvest (operating under names including VitalInvest, Инвестиционная компания "Vitalinvest", Управляющая компания "Vitalinvest") as an unlicensed professional securities market participant. Multiple domains associated with the firm—including vitalinvest.org, vitalinvest.co, private.vitalinvest.co, workspace.vitalinvest.co, workspace2.vitalinvest.co, trade.vitalinvest.net, office.vitalinvest.net, and vitalinvest.net—are flagged. The warning was first issued on April 10, 2023, with the latest data update dated April 8, 2026.

This firm is acknowledged as not authorised in Romania to provide investment services. The notice was posted on August 9, 2023.
