Summary
Reviews are mixed but heavily negative overall. One reviewer praised the VirgoBanc platform for an intuitive interface, wide asset selection and helpful, responsive staff that helped them make a profit. Multiple other users report serious red flags: accounts opened or inquiries followed up without proper security, persistent daily cold-calls from many different UK numbers despite requests to stop, pressure to deposit money and rude or unhelpful staff when users tried to withdraw or disengage. Several posts describe suspicious site appearance, lack of clear terms and conditions, alleged remote-access setup (AnyDesk) and demands to “validate” an Exodus wallet or pay fees (e.g. 10% of balance) before withdrawing. Exodus support replied that these are typical scam signs, warned users not to send funds or private keys and confirmed wallets set up via remote access were likely compromised. Complainants also report unreturned messages, calls being cut off, and advice from banks and other customers to avoid the service. In sum, while one account claims positive results, multiple consistent reports describe fraud-like behavior, poor security practices and aggressive marketing, and users strongly recommend avoiding VirgoBanc.

I made an investment enquiry over three months ago, It sounded great -a FAILSAFE! They set up my virgobanc account I did not make a deposit and then I decided against it - I read and received too many negatives about them... from my banks to others customers responses that I found online. I have told them I am no longer interested but they persist... and persist... and persist on calling me AND EVERY TEL.NO. is different! I've reached the stage I now block every 020 number I receive! Virgobanc? I'd LEAVE IT WELL ALONE!

Virgobanc have told me I need to validate an Exodus wallet with 10% of the balance of my account before I can withdraw my funds. I could not find anything on the Exodus website to confirm this so I emailed Exodus support to ask and received this response. Thanks a lot for writing to Exodus Support about this situation. I understand you've been dealing with Vigrobanc, and you are trying to make a withdrawal from your account, but they have been sending suspicious messages, which you are concerned about. This has all the typical signs of a scam, and they are only trying to steal more funds from you. Please DO NOT send any funds to them for the said capital gains or wallet validation fee. Please DO NOT send any funds to your Exodus wallet, as they have access to it and will steal any funds you have there. The profit you've been promised does not exist, and they only want to steal more from you. I know this might come as a shock to you and is a painful situation, but we'll be here for you if you have any questions. Meanwhile, I'll share more information with you here. _______________ I urge you to stop all contact with the scammers, as their only interest is trying to get more money out of you. It is pretty common for hackers and scammers to give false hopes to their victims and apply deceiving psychological techniques to steal more from their victims. Unfortunately, the only way to recover these funds you sent to them, which may result in a positive outcome, requires the participation of a law enforcement agency and that the funds end up on a centralized exchange. Without both events happening, I regret to say that the chances of getting reunited with your funds are slim to none. _______________ As they helped you set up your wallet using AnyDesk, the scammers had access to your it. This means that your Exodus wallet has been compromised, and to continue using Exodus, you'll need to start fresh with a new wallet by following this guide: How do I delete my wallet and start over? ___________________ I know this situation can be extremely confusing, and I am sorry to see you are being forced to deal with this difficult experience. 🙏 I'd also like to mention our team also offers a paid 1-on-1 call to review your wallet security as well as answer any questions. If you think this is something that would help you to resolve this situation, you can find more details and the sign-up at this link: Exodus Support+ ___________________ To keep yourself protected, I recommend you to go through these articles: How do I keep my money safe? What scams should I watch out for? If you are ever in the slightest doubt about the authenticity of any message regarding your crypto or wallet, you can always contact us for our confirmation before taking any action. Once again, I am very sorry that you were the victim of this awful crime. Our team is available if you need any further clarification or if there’s anything else with which we can help. I seen a ad on Facebook so followed the link to make some money NO having any knowledge of trading and how it worked.Did my start up investment, After speaking with a few traders I realised this was not for me a few weeks into it. When speaking to Dylan the manager in charge i told him I want to pull away. He became really rude in his attitude and stop helping me. I have asked the company to help me withdraw my funds, I don't know how use the app but they do not reply to any of my emails or messages and the I called the help number I get cut off. BE AWARE - DNT DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS TYPE OF COMPANY.

Absolute SCAM, I can’t believe MSN let them advertise on their platform. Calls everyday from all corners of the UK, trying to get me to register although I have told them I am no longer interested. I could tell from their website, lack of T&C’s, security and the pixelated appearance of the site, there was remote access going on. I therefore shut it down. Always a flag when they ask you to part with money in the first 3 minutes. Do not fall for all the fake reviews on this and other sites, it is very sophisticated set up.

I placed an enquiry about the platform. It opened an account for me without me going through any sort of security (passwords etc) I then received a phone call claiming to help me set up the account and security....BIG RED FLAG. I said I did not want to open an account and yet despite that fact in the last 2 weeks they have attempted to call me everyday.

My personal experience of using the Virgobanc trading platform has been nothing short of mind-blowing. The user interface is super intuitive, allowing me to place trades quickly and accurately. Not only that, but the sheer number of stock options they offer is also mind-boggling! I can access a massive array of assets and markets at the click of a button.
