Summary
Multiple reviewers report serious problems with Vestle: listed prices are wildly inaccurate (example given: WTI oil under $15 while Vestle shows 23,687), and customer support is unreachable by phone and unresponsive to email. Customers describe poor product quality and refusal to provide post-sale support—one buyer who purchased through Amazon had a product fail and could not obtain a necessary replacement part elsewhere. Vestle’s support repeatedly requested photos and proof of purchase, appeared distrustful, engaged in lengthy back-and-forths, and ultimately declined to help. Overall sentiment is strong disappointment and a warning to avoid the company due to bad service, lack of organization, and unreliable products.

Very bad company do not use them. Customer service, logic and organisation is a foreign concept to Vestle. If you run into issues with their product down the line like I did, the attitude is Tough luck. I bought a product from Vestle via Amazon. It stopped working after a while due to a part that was needed. I could not get the part anywhere else. When I contacted them for a replacement part they wasted my time asking me to provide images, proof of purchase, and seemed to cast doubt on me as a genuine customer. I emailed back and forth in response to their inane questioning for several days only for them to tell me they wouldn't help. This is no way to treat customers. Stop selling crappy quality items and then giving the middle finger when buyers request support. Thoroughly disappointed.

At this moment the wti oil price is under 15$. At vestle the price is 23,687. The prices are way off! You can't reach them by phone and they do not answer your mail.
