Well it’s hard to nitpick about the broker which is regulated in the first place and execute withdrawals fast. But I can do it! It’s all because of their strange swap policy, which is hardto understand whether swap free or not swap free. For how the promote their versus pairs, it should be swap free. I don’t mind losing someth ing on fees, but please clarify what have you meany by no swaps, okay!
Withdrawals take a very long time, customer service does not help process withdrawals, which is unusually long, I am really disappointed today.

this is my broker for trading, it is main coz spreads here are really tight, I am on a pro account and the difference between aks and bid is very thin on forex major pairs. Sure, if volatility spikes, then they get widened, but that happens rarely, and I enter before the volatile sessions. For example, on usd/chf the spread is around 0.8-0.9 pips, for eur/usd it can be even lower like 0.7👍 i catch run aways from the flag patterns from tight congestion, that way the odds of success are higher, and SL is right below the base

I’m writing to report serious issues with my Pro account. The XAUUSD spread, which should be around 12 points, occasionally spiked up to 500 points. I contacted support earlier and was told it was due to slippage during volatile market conditions. However, the market was not volatile at the time, so this explanation does not seem reasonable. Additionally, my orders experienced severe delays — taking 3 to 5 minutes to execute — even though my internet connection was stable. I verified this by comparing with my mentor’s live trading session, which had no lag. My account also disconnected from the trading server several times during these events. Due to these issues, I lost more than $3,000. I request a full investigation into my account and trade logs and appropriate compensation for the losses caused by these technical problems. Looks like your support team can’t tell the difference between slippage and spread. Just to clarify — slippage affects execution price, not the spread. Easy to open account, funding, trade - all good. Spreads are really low for Gold in Standard account - only 18 points. A lot of funding methods for Malaysian clients
i love the spread and leverage. but lately the spread a bit wide. last time it was 18. now it can goes up to 30. that should improve. withdrawal was fast during euro session to us session. weekend slow withdrawal. that also need to improve. other than that its all good. and i love using versus trade. thanks
