i tried taking a trade on xauusd after closing one already minutes before, it then told me not enough money when i clearly have funds in my account, i then emailed them about the issue even their website was kinda slow even when reflecting deposits,their bots gave me this lame as answer which was clearly a AI response i then withdrew my money and sent them an email telling them i am leaving the broker due to this matters i just stated they sent some stupid answer AI answer and said my trading account was inactive for months when i knew very i just made a withdrawal the day before that when i knew they are a scam and do not i repeat do not use this broker because of this i lost the chance to enter positions on XAUUSD at price point of 4182.82 now XAUUSD its at 4484.24 as of right now i am writing this review missed out on making thousands of dollars.To hell with this broker ass

In their agreement they stated that they prohibited scalping, hedging and use of EAs while offering bonuses to attract clients is a clear sign the broker is avoiding skilled traders

Pure nonsense of a broker. Like all local brokers, don't touch vault markets with a 10 foot pole. They declined my withdrawal but my banking details are approved on their site. All of a sudden I need to upload a plethora of new documents. Only when you withdraw will you encounter these schemes. I blew my account on purpose to cut all ties with this nonsense of a business. Help yourself, run!

I would like to sign up but vault markets is owing my friend R180k which he withdrew 5 weeks ago so I'm doubtful
