PURE SCAM!!!!! Stay very very far from it !! you will loose your money and they will wash your brain for to force you to putting always money on it. You will never see a coin back !! Don't say a word, hang up the phone !!!
I invested the initial £250 which made some initial profit and they let me withdraw £90. I was constantly then pressurised to invest more and told that the account would be closed if I didn't. I invested another £1000 and was then told by my account manager that this wasn't enough to secure his help and the account would be put on auto. I watched the assets go into profit but I could not sell and the account manager told me it would sell automatically at some point. I have watched the balance Nd equity drop then received phone call last week to ask if I wanted to invest more. I said no as it is losing money and I want to sell as soon as it hits profit and withdraw my money. Within days the assets showed sold at a complete loss and my balance is against 0. Money all gone. I can't get any response to my contact now. THIS IS A HUGE SCAM DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.
SCAMMMMMM!!! Do not trade with these people! They will ask you to invest a small amount and give you back money then ask you to invest more. If you choose to close the account like I did and ask to withdraw your money you cannot! Yes you can close the trades but you have to rely on them to give you the money. They use platforms like Revolut which means you are not covered!
With several thousand GBP in my VW account I needed some of it and requested a transfer to my bank account. This was not done. I then requested closure and again transfer of the balance. This again did not happen. My balance at VW is now zero. All trades showed deficits until zero was reached. DO NOT INVEST.
I have been using this platform for a frw months now but I have experienced that my account has been suspended. Last night I contacted support and I received an email with the ticket number 104514. PLEASE HELP CLARIFY THIS ISSUE.
Opened a live trading account and I couldn’t be happier with the experience . But I had to order personalised support from Vastwealth helping me to make informed decisions and maximise my returns . If I did it without help it would definitely take me a long time given my previous experience 😓😓💯
Made my transaction three days ago. The assistant who helped me was pretty polite. Hopefully fees won't rise in the future!
There could have been more info... Maybe I'd give a higher rating if there was more information provided on the spreads.
I am pleased to say that my problem was resolved to my satisfaction. Although it took a bit longer than I anticipated, I appreciate that the matter was handled with careful attention.
The interface of the demo account was user-friendly. This allowed me to practice and test out different trading strategies in a risk-free environment. The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star review is because there were a few minor glitches that I encountered during my use of the platform. However these glitches were quickly resolved by the customer support team, so they were not a major issue.
I want to note one of the most convenient ways to track my transaction - no complaints.
in general the trading platform is quite suitable for trading. although it took me a while to stop thinking about metatrader and get used to this platform. I believe traders who have ever changed the trading platform know what i'm talking about.
The registration process itself was fairly straightforward but I ran into some technical issues that prevented me from completing the process... I reached out to customer support and was connected with a manager.. I liked that he was responsive and provided instructions on resolving it. He was also very patient and understanding throughout the process which was greatly appreciated. While I did encounter some initial difficulties with the registration process the level of support provided by the manager more than made up for it!
works for me. but I really wonder when I read some of the negative reviews here I've been using them since the beginning of December, and everything works great. Even if they only provided tools, I would still use them as they are accurate. I also contacted tech support when I lost a note with my password which seemed impossible to recover. in terms of communication, they were lovely, and my problem was solved in just under half an hour. The only thing I had to prove was that I was the account's actual owner. really strange, but I didn't have any issues.... hope u guys are doing well
I was stupid enough to invest £250 a few months ago (I saw a Graham Norton show and they were talking about how you can make good money investing £250) then the weekly calls started and my £250 was growing quickly and I was asked to invest more and finally I was persuaded to put in another £250 and I was told I would never loose all my money as they used their money too and they only made money if I made money and I could see on the website this was growing. Then I stupidly gave into investing another £500 and that worried me. Before it wasn't a huge amount to loose but £1000 was to me! I was assured my investment would never loose more than 20% and if it went down it would go up again and I wasn't to worry. I became suspicious when I was refusing to invest more and if I didn't have more money to invest they would help me borrow it! I started doing research on google and it was not good... I asked in an email to withdraw £500 thinking if I got that back at least I would have only lost £500 but the money was never returned and my account balance was nearly £1,700. I asked on the website to withdraw £1,000 via the website and it sait up to 5 working days and guess what, it never happened. Today I have looked at the account and my balance is £0.00 I don't have much money and now I have even less, please don't be taken in like I was...
Comfortable trading platform, communication with the manager is fast, professional and they know their stuff, the platform was easy to use and I will use this broker in the future. Thanks for the good customer support.

Please please avoid this company, it is a scam, you will never see a penny return. They WILL keep calling to invest more money, do not fall into there trap, I’m writing from personal experience AVOID THEM
A scam don't go anywhere near. Want £250 and won't let you withdraw anything.
1) The actions' descriptions are easy to understand. 2) Sometimes it can be inconvenient to see only one pending order on the right sidebar. 3) The expected actions' terminology matches the colour code assigned to the event. 4) A prediction next to the pending order is helpful. 5) It would be beneficial to have suggested practices available for newcomers tailored to each case. 6) I am pleased that the web version supports automated operations. 7) It would be helpful if push notifications were linked to sound, browsers, and devices. 8) A trigger based on push notifications would be a valuable addition.
