The Customer Care is very helpful and very fast to respond on my inquiry, I just hope they upgrade their system regarding the verification process there is some minor problem regarding my level 2 verification i hope they can fix that.

Something went wrong with the copytrading, I've lost 2k while the master account still had profit that day. I've seen other people who had similar experiences. I've tried contacting via email several times and am constantly getting the same automated reply. Others customer service is really bad at this point. Hopefully they'll reply now.... UPDATE: They're still sending me the same automatic email replies and thus never even tried to communicate for a solution. Worst customer service ever..

20411141 account number ⭐ 1 Star – Extremely poor service and unacceptable withdrawal delays 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I have now been trying for over three weeks to withdraw my funds from Vantage. The amount in question is approximately $6,000 USD, which is my own money and should be available for withdrawal. During these three weeks, I have contacted Vantage support more than 30 times. Every single response I receive is a generic, standard message, explaining that they are experiencing a high volume of requests and that I am “a bit further back in the queue.” After three weeks, this explanation is simply not acceptable. I have repeatedly asked Vantage to provide clear, step-by-step instructions on exactly what is required from me to complete the withdrawal. I have explicitly requested this point by point, so there would be no confusion. To this day, I have not received any concrete or actionable guidance — only copy-paste replies. I have clearly informed Vantage that: • I do not wish to continue as a client • I do not want further excuses or generic responses • I only want my funds withdrawn immediately, so I can move on and find another broker Despite this, nothing has been resolved. This experience reflects extremely poor customer service, a lack of transparency, and a very concerning approach to handling client withdrawals. When a broker cannot clearly explain or process a withdrawal after several weeks, it raises serious trust issues. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Vantage to anyone. I sincerely hope this review helps warn other traders. My only request is simple: Release my funds now.

Vantage is a great trading platform offering an easy-to-use system for a wide range of traders from beginners-veterans. The only con I can think of is the lack of adjustability to the charts on the in-app charts on mobile.
