I am waiting for cash withdrawal since 02/2024, in the meanwhile, as my money is blocked due to uprocessed withdrawal, they started to charge me with monthly inactivity fee of approx. 50 EUR. Ba aware, do not send any money to this broker !!!
They are SCAMMER i did a withrawl they are 8 month ago i never get my cash back. And they take tax for inactivity on the account.
I am waiting for a withdrawal since one year and still nothing, complete scam. Anyone from the customer service can properly answer me, they answer like robots. I have 850e there and I am still waiting, Give me a real answer and give me my money back.

BIG SCAM DON'T GO ! 5 months I am waiting for a withdraw, they always say there is a probleme in there system ! You will be able to withdraw only a little bit of your losing money but when you make profit they will NEVER pay you! I message them every weeks in the chat and it's always the same thing (the same exact person, Jovana will tell you the same, probably a man tho to make the chat pro)
i stopped copytrading 20 days ago. result: it remains in only read mode. no possible to withdrawal. no answer to support even sent different emails. fraud! i am going through legal action TRUFFATORI! LADRI! LA PAGHERETE CARA!!
Stay away from this scammers , they just want your money . They stole 55$ that i left on the account for future trade, because I didn't deposit more money, and totaly impossible to withdraw. the costumers services it dosen't exist , they only replay you back with automatic messages . don't waste your time and money here
Trust this broker at your own risk!!! tried the offline withdrawal but didn't go through had a bad signal,,, i've been debited when i logged in i couldn't find my money in my account anymore,,, they couldn't rectify it for months after talking with the customer service,, so i discovered, they helped me file a dispute and got my money back
Nazar LERNATOVIC 🤣diamond_mgmt😂...ho fatto un po' di Forex con i suoi segnali: assistenza solo tramite Istagram con risposte ogni 24 ore per i primi tre giorni poi non hanno risposto più 😂....(peccato non posso mettere gli screenshot) per fortuna sono entrato con solo 400 euro e per ancora più fortuna ero un po' pratico del settore e sono riuscito a prelevare perdendo solo 40 euro in tutto in 15giorni....ESPERIENZA PESSIMA, per fortuniSSIMA non sono tutti così...😂😂
Valutamarkets is a not a trustworthy institute. They almost succeeded in diverting all my savings into someone else's account. I had to contact my attorney and file a legal complaint case to get my money back. Fortunately, my attorney was able to recover all my savings within a week. This experience has taught me to be more careful and only invest with reputable platforms that prioritize the safety and security of their clients' funds. I strongly advise everyone to beware of Valutamarkets and avoid investing with them.
I advise everyone to be cautious when trusting Valutamarkets. I had a terrible experience with this broker when I tried to make an offline withdrawal but had a bad signal. To my surprise, I was debited, but my account did not reflect my funds. Despite contacting customer service, I was unable to rectify the issue for months. Eventually, I was left with no other option but to file a legal complaint case with an attorney. The attorney helped me sue Valutamarkets and dispute the charge, which resulted in the reimbursement of my funds, totaling $67,000. This experience has taught me to be more careful when selecting a broker to invest with. I strongly advise anyone considering Valutamarkets to proceed with caution and conduct thorough research before entrusting them with their hard-earned money.
It is the best company ever. The work with them was very wonderful, and the support team deserves more than 5 stars. I recommend it
I sent €220 to this company in November 2022, which was never credited to my trading account. Subsequently, the money should have been returned to my bank account. That has not happened to date. They asked for several confirmations for which I had to pay my bank. Each time new and new confirmations that were never enough for them. They could have written to me straight away that I would not get any money back and I could have saved myself a lot of time, nerves and money. Do not trust this company. To this day, they lied to me and invented new excuses. I stupidly believed them, don't be like me. You save.
Overall trust worthy broker. Takes 24hrs for offline banking withdrawals. Good spread too. but customer service support can be improved.

I had some delay in withdrawal but in the end I got my payment. Support is very good and helped a lot.
I had my doubs to trust valutamarkets after reading the reviews. i requested a refund of my money. First they would like me to upload my ID and a bill but after emailing a couple of times this was not nessesarry. I did get my money back in a couple of days. The day before i got a proof of payment.
