BIG SCAM FULL STOP
A big scam no doubt about that. First time i was trading as usual and all of sudden someone going in to my account and take 500 euros just like that. I reported it then the answer was we look in to it. Nothing happened!! I cary on and made more money. Same thing again tried to withdraw 500 euros again . Got an email saying will be dealing with it ASAP. While I was on the app trading someone went in to my account and just like that, the money I wanted to withdraw has disappeared. Try to call them . They answered my first calls then the number,email and webside disappeared just like that. Shame on you
UOP are scammers,do not get involved with them. My account number is 204892 was opened in February 2023.They are so nice and friendly until you don,t want to invest 10k,then they turn. My account manager with initials A.R had stolen somebodies identity from America by using their name and photograph on whats app, this I found out by doing a simple search on google. After 3 months trading the account had over doubled in value, so I wanted to take out my initial investment. Firstly they wanted me to pay 800 euros fee to take my own money out, I refused to pay more in, but said they could take it from my profit. This is when the problems started, now all phone numbers have been changed I,am unable to contact anybody phone, e-mail or chat line all lines of communication are ignored. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW HOW THIS COMPANY CAN STILL BE OPERATING THEY ARE THIEVES.
This is a SCAM company, do NOT invest with them!!! It started well with initial deposits growing, but when requesting for withdrawals of profits and monthly dividends to be paid out they started to obstruct saying profits couldn't be paid out as I had to wait at least 3 months, and instead had to invest more. A new account manager was suddenly assigned to my account, who is the rudest and most awful person I've come across in my professional life! His behaviour was so unprofessional I finally filed a formal complaint via UOPs home page and revoked the MAA agreement refusing him, and anyone else at UOP, to make trades at my account. After a series of exchange and escalation of communication, with still no profit payments, no dividend payments, and even refusing to approve withdrawals of my deposits, the situation implodes. Suddenly, I realize that someone at UOP has made trades at my account, despite having revoked the mandate, and over night makes a series of extremely risky trades the causes all my deposits and earned profits to go to zero! This is clearly a fraudulent and intentional act by one of their associates, which I unfortunately can't name here, but would like to. Following yet a new formal complaint, I'm contacted by someone claiming that UOP has been taken over by a new company, with connections to Binance, and that the previous management has left and "ex-UOP" doesn't exist anymore.... He offers me to recover the lost funds and make a first partial transfer to a Binance account. But, in order to do so he also requires me to make a matching transfer to the same Binance account..... At this point I contacted the police and my banks fraud department, who confirms that this entire chain of actions follows a typical scam process, with the latest "offering" from UOP (or whatever the company is) being a classical "scam recovery process". I've now filed a police report and they, together with the bank, are now leveraging their international networks to run an investigation on UOP. I have little hopes getting all my money back, but by sharing my own painful experience, I hope to protect others from investing in them. Do NOT even think about it, and do NOT believe what they're saying on their home page, or by their hard core sellers, claiming to be "your friend". It's all scam! Trust me, I've learnt the the hard, and very costly, way... :(
I wish I had read the reviews before using this platform! Basically the “account managers” are hard sellers, the “support” from them is one hard sales call after another, 4-5 calls a day! In one conversation I told the “account manager” at least 10 times that I would not be putting any more money into my account. Don’t be fooled by the profits made, my £1227 turned into £2500 very quickly, but not an indication of “profits” as I can’t get my profits or my initial deposit back so means nothing! I have been asking to close my account for the last 3 weeks and funny enough heard nothing back!! And no return of my money! PLEASE AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
UOP Capital My advice is: don’t use this broker. They took £2,000 from me, and then bombarded me with demands for more funds so that I could take advantage of ‘unmissable opportunities.’ Luckily, I refused to send more; I just waited to see what would happen. After four weeks my fund had allegedly grown to about £15,000. I decided to withdraw the money. But before allowing me to have it, they demanded 18% commission to be paid up front. Stupidly I paid them (through Coinbase). Next, I heard that the commission had somehow bounced (despite me receiving receipts from UOP for USD 3,816). I don’t know where the money bounced to, but it hasn’t bounced back to me. My gullibility has cost me £5,000, and there’s nothing I can do about it. Please don’t fall for this scam. How do we go around contacting you guys for a refund? My account manager wishes not to help me now because I didn’t want to invest more than £1000 into this platform. Which I already invested the initial £227. I am looking to get a refund. He promised it was being processed and asked me my bank account details! Concerned considerably right now and I can’t seem to get through to the customer service team. Please help.
Like so many others, I have been very disappointed in "customer care". The platform looks brilliant, sadly as I work for a trading company, I have been told that I am not allowed to use the platform. Despite multiple attempts to get a refund via the platform withdrawal, they cancel my withdrawal requests each time..
Don't believe this company - they are scammers! You'll never get your money back!!
Total scammers! Stay away! Keep your money safe! Aggressive and rude ( like any scammers), especially, when you want to withdraw your own money. Not recommend this company! Stay away from them, and keep your money safe as I did, by testing those clowns and making them run away when I did not play by their scam manipulation. They do not have any contact details, helpline, or complaints line, but fake platforms which control by a bunch of scammers who push you to invest more. Keep in contact with you from time to time, to keep reminding you about investing more money. But, when I wanted to do a simple withdrawal to test the platform and how it works, "scammer broker usually disappear with million excuses that we can withdraw next time if I want, and then they have just gone and never come back. Next, another 'broker'' comes pretending he is going to help, working with you to get more money, but when I asked about how to withdraw, it seems always a problem and does not work. Or they just did a little amount ( not requested by me), to show a "demo version'' instead of what I have requested the platform/them to do. They tried to show me that withdrawal works, that me an idiot who does not trust them and still does not understand how to work with the platform. They just keep insisting on getting more money from me, and when I was asking persistently to show me how to how I can get my money from the platform, they very getting irritated, angry, and rude and finally completely gone seeing that I do not interested investing more before I know how to work with a platform, that I have more control of my money. They wrote a rude email, that I am a total liar, did not want to invest more, but just wanted to get money back from the platform; have problems with trust, so need to seek professional help; and so on... When I have sent emails many times and asked for an explanation why I cannot get my money any time I want, as it was supposed to be/as they have promised. I was getting emails like: I invested my money; they have thought I am not interested; I am rude and hard to work with; they cannot talk because of such and such reason; why and what I still do not understand as they gave me $50 USD(which I did not request). I have tried to withdraw money several times but never worked. So, guys, it is another scam over there, and do not trust those clowns with your money, as you are not going to see it again.

Some account manager said that they do not want me as a client anymore because I did not want to invest 5K at once. A big mouth that's all I got. It's my money so I decide when to invest more........ I hope I will get my money back, as prommised.
