Can Universalforex still invest?
This company has proven to be the most effective and steady when it comes to business.
They are scammers. I loss $750 from this platform. I registered last year on universalforex.ltd, I deposited $200 for starter plan and after 48hrs when my trade was over I received $230 on my user dashboard, I withdrew $30 profit from my initial investment to my Bitcoin wallet then I continue to reinvest with my balance of $200. After some weeks of several reinvestment , they refused to approve my second withdrawal request. So, I chatt with the customer support service (Elizabeth), she said I have passed the reinvestment schedule and I have to deposit $300 then I can withdraw. After I made a second deposit of $300, my withdrawal request was not approved. I chatt customer support again and then she said "an account is conflicting my withdrawal, that I need to deposit $250 to remove the account that is conflicting my withdrawal" so I deposited $250 for the third time making $750 as my total deposit on the platform. After a successful deposit withdrawal was still not granted😔. So I chat the customer support again to know why my withdrawal request was not approved. But to my big surprise, she told me that before I can withdraw from the system I need to fill a KYC document that will be sent to my email and I will also send a refundable$750 in order for them to process my document then I can withdraw. But I refused to send them money this time. This shows that they are scammers I have all the proof of deposit that I have made to the platform and all the messages from the support service on my email as proof.
