Summary
Many reviewers allege Trustpac (also trading under names like Trust Pac, Trezor Trust and F.C. Trading) is a scam: they report being unable to withdraw funds, having accounts frozen or blocked, longtime unresponsive customer support, and requests for sensitive bank or Bitcoin transfer details that did not result in successful payouts. Multiple customers describe large personal losses (examples cited include thousands to tens of thousands of pounds), accusations that brokers persuaded them to take loans in their names, and claims that staff used various broker names (e.g., Harry Simms, Gavin Visser, Samuel Williams, Hannah Westbrooke, Louise Jones, Ben Ackman, Reese Weaver, Cole Watson, Nicholas Lotter). Several posts say the firm is unregulated by the UK FCA, has been featured on BBC/Rip Off Britain, and appears to rebrand frequently. Users also accuse the company of fake positive reviews and warn others to avoid sending money. A minority of reviewers praise the platform, citing fast execution, good account managers and strong returns (one claimed ~70% on a large investment), and some say withdrawals and service have worked for them; however, even some of those note issues with spreads, execution speed, and the withdrawal process. Overall the feedback is highly polarized but dominated by allegations of fraud, withdrawal refusals, poor communication and serious financial harm, so prospective clients are repeatedly advised to exercise extreme caution and prefer FCA‑authorised providers.

This company was the biggest scam company I’ve known in history. Evil scammers wrecked innocent lives by robbing their hard earned money and taking loans out in their names. That evil scamming b**** Hannah Westbrooke and cole Watson and Nicholas Lotter all fake names can trick and con people to this degree and still sleep at night will never be successful. It will hit them hard and they shall wish they had never frauded people like this. Evil con artist bast*****. I hope they get a disease they die with and don’t see daylight again and I hope they get caught and thrown into cells behind bars. Their voices are still echoing in my ears packed with lies. She went on about becoming a billionaire - not from her own hard earned money or efforts but from theft - stolen money from innocent people. Anyone contacting you for investment like this - please stay away - never give them a penny.

Hello Hannah Westbrooke. I know you will read this so please do so. For this last year I have trusted you, believed in you and all you said, and truly, truly thought you were my friend and confidante, and were looking after my best interests, but it seems I was so wrong. You slowly, but surely, managed to persuade me to invest ALL my money, my life savings which I will never ever be able to make up again, into the trading platform. AND to rub salt into the wounds you took out loans, that I did not want, need, or ask for, in my name. Now, definitely, the Trustpac site can't be reached. Emails bounce. Phones ring out, or cut off. I admit I was not the best trader by any means, and I thank you for your help saving my account, many times, but at the end all I wanted was the money back to pay off the loans you left me with. Instead of a £60,000 settlement, I will have to pay back well over £72,000, and be shackled down with them for many, many years. Now, I am ruined, destroyed if you will, and I am going to have to sell my beloved home. I will not be able to watch that happen. I only wanted to have enough money to be able to adapt my home and live a comfortable life, but you have made sure it is not to be. You took my future from me Hannah. You said you would be there for me but, at my lowest point when I needed you the most, you disappeared. I just wanted rid of these loans, and I gave you my everything believing you were going to send me the money. I miss you Hannah. I just wish you had paid me the money at the end.

Total scam! They promised weekly gains and a private consultant who will be working with me and investing my money. The consultant (Samuel Williams, don’t know if that’s his real name) quickly lost all the money and ask to double the fundings. When I refused, he stopped contacting me and left me on my own. Moreover, I was able to made some money myself. They don’t allow me to pay it out. The system is blocking me from doing so. None of them respond to emails. The phone number doesn’t work. I’m giving their names here. Watch for these scammers (again, not sure if that’s their real names): Louise Jones, Ben Ackman, Reese Weaver.

I have been trading with this broker for a year now. And yes, I still gave it three stars, and I can explain. Trust pac’s service is great, specifically the account managers. The platform is better than others I’ve seen, and the account packages are worth the money. Having said that, they can do better with spreads, execution speed, and withdrawal process. With all these in mind, the benefits of Trustpac are substantial enough for me to stick with them. I hope they’ll improve those cons soon!

As a trader for over 5 years with multiple trading organisations, Trustpac is the best in terms of earnings and returns. I've invested over ₤50K and I've had returns of about 70% in the last 6 months. A few may complain about returns but I'm one of the many that constantly get monthly withdrawals from the organised financial plan and IPO.

Update from my last review, so my broker did call me back to give me more rubbish about putting my account on hold as they “investigate” who hacked in to my account and took my money,(after trying to tell me that I had done it!!) He surprisingly called me after my last review went live and since then I have had no feedback from them. There is no governing body who can govern these guys and you will never see your money again. Please don’t be fooled by any of the good reviews Here. Your money is gone if you invest with these con artists. Stay clear. You have been warned. So far - 5 months trying to get a withdrawal and not a penny have I managed to get back from them.

Very strange experience. Please don't send these guys any money. All the positive reviews here have accounts where Trustpac is their only review. These are fake. The negative reviews are from accounts with many reviews. If you want to invest your money, do your own research and use companies approved by the Financial Conduct Authority (Trustpac are not authorised.)

Very unfortunate that when their customer support calls they seem to be professional, I was dealing with one of their brokers who seemed to be very knowledgeable regarding trade market, after being robbed few times, I thought they won't operate better as usual with a lot of these so called crypto traders / market traders, they sell themselves but when it comes to withdrawing your profits, that's when you will realise that you have been robbed. I was asked for my bank details to enable them to verify and send my profits via bank transfer, later I went on their system tried to withdraw the next it was rejected, then the same broker who called himself Harry Simms asked for my Bitcoin transfer code to enable them to send my withdrawal to my Bitcoin account still it didn't come through, I did send him an email again trying to figure out what's going. There was no response calling them seems like crazy they seem to high light numbers on their system so that they won't pick up. I have all the communication, which I did with them of which I won't hesitate not only to put them here but on Google. If they are still even a small amount of £10 it's a lot, if you calculate 1000 people x 10 that's £10 000 probably per day/week etc. It's a shame that I almost invested a chunk if it was I have managed to withdraw this small figure of £2 800. This is the reason why they did not fully verify their profile here on trustpilot because their business and operations are not legit.
