Summary
Multiple reviewers call the broker a scam and warn others not to invest, reporting frozen accounts and blocked withdrawals after initial deposits and profits. Users describe rude or unhelpful account managers who pressured them to deposit more money, promised bonuses in exchange for further deposits, or refused withdrawal requests even with large balances (one reported a £27k balance withheld). Several lost substantial sums (examples include deposits of £6,000 and about €2,300 total lost including fees) and experienced rapid gains used to build trust before funds became inaccessible. One account describes a romance/crypto analyst scam initiated via Tinder and WhatsApp that led to trading on ST-deals.com, with the site appearing professional until withdrawals were denied. One reviewer claims to have recovered funds by contacting "banexgideon," but overall the consensus is strong distrust and repeated advisories to seek refunds and avoid the platform.

It all started on Tinder where I had a match with an Asian girl, at first everything was nice and getting to know each other a little better. Later she told me that she is a crypto analyst and that she studied for that, I liked to hear that because my interest lies there too. She taught me a few things on the Binance exchange, then she convinced me to short-trade with her on an Asian exchange ST-deal.com. I created an account and also received an invitation code kxff from her to complete the account, the exchange site looked professional and had no suspicions yet. A few days later she approached me again through Whatsapp that I can only bet 100 euros, and that she would then double that. I thought it is a small amount, why not, and then she made a profit with short-trading and I had a total of 200 euros in my account. I couldn't believe my eyes it went so smoothly, and the next day she will do it again with a slightly higher amount. She said I can keep this amount, but next time I would have to pay her 10% commission if she made another profitable deal for me. Then I bet 800 euros, and she made 380 euros profit for me, I already had quite the taste. I was completely convinced of her crypto analysis that I once again bet 1200 euros, and later the deal was a success again and I made a profit of 580 euros. This morning I woke up and wasn't feeling too good about it anyway, so I was doing some googling on my phone and came across all these posts. I was quite shocked and immediately tried to withdraw the money from ST-deals.com, that did not work and then my money was frozen. I have now lost around 2300 euros, including the transaction costs, if there is still a possibility that the money can be withdrawn from the account. Regards Joost

They are not trustworthy, same as others they want to take away your money. Beware of them and ask for refund immediately. I’m glad I took the right step with banexgideon at pm.(me) to get my money back.
