I had the worst experience with them. It's unbelievable how stupid they are, or maybe they just don't have eyes, I think. First, their customer service is terrible; they don't even respond and only work one day a week. Second, during the identity verification process, I sent them my documents accurately, with my full name and address, and the verification was rejected because my name wasn't written down—the most ridiculous reason I've ever seen. Their app doesn't work in all countries, and even their website has many problems. Therefore, I absolutely do not recommend them. They're not even well-known, their organization is poor, and they don't have strong licenses, so they could go bankrupt. So, never go near them.

Poor service bad broker
Very good Brokers for new traders. Being very new to trading , I like the interface and the rates provided by traze. Since its owned by Zeal Group - there was quite a relief when it came to withdrawals and other things. Low spreads and cashback rewards are nice motivation to celebrate all trades.
This is a fake broker beaware of it, they steal Clients Money, I want everyone to be safe, These people don't have any proper money Psp, if you have cash to deposit they will ask to convert it as USDT and the amount will be less due to conversion, Stay far away from them or the whole money will be loss
The broker is a good broker, but what I don't like about them is the minimum withdrawal and the swap fee they collect from me when trade stay overnight

This has to be the best broker I have ever worked used . Service delivery on point , deposit and withdrawals on point. They have Most competitive spreads in the game .

I have used a few brokerage firms from FXCM to Captial.com. The platform and tools are pretty good for a beginner and the UI/UX is decent and easy to understand. They use MT4 which is great, would love to see TradingView implementation sometime. They could also use some more advanced analytical tools but for a beginner it's fine, I actually recommended them to some family members who want to give trading a go.
