Was introduced to tradu by an agent at fxcm with the promise of 5% interest on my trading capital. This was several months ago. So far I have not received a penny in interest. Anyway been using this platform for a while now and having quite a few issues. I'm constantly having to refresh the screen, it logs me out every 10 mins or so. I have super fast fibre Internet so I know it's not an issue my end. Also the platform can be very slow to respond which is not great when you want to either execute a trade or close a trade. Overall not great so far. FXCM is without a doubt 100 times better and has far more features
Received a follow up call, the chap asked if i had any questions about the platform. I stated i am now algo trading and have 50 bots; there was a silence, i asked if he was still there, and he blatantly hung up! This says to me that algo trading supercedes any services he can offer . . . but what a rude way to go about your business. It also confirms that i shouldn`t be dealing with them.

I was working with FXCM's platform MT4. I had a great time. Nevertheless, Tradu is the next huge thing. You can do your tradingview business here, and completely get everything you need to operate smoothly and conveniently. This is the next great thing!

Very pleasant experience using FXCM and Tradu as a trader platform. Excellent info a tutoring from Mr. Andres Rivera, helping each step from opening an account to manage de app. Also you can add your account to tradingview to improve your orders.

Wouldnt use them tbh same as the rest asking for personal details of where I work how much I earn what day u started work what business I have wanting account with them asking very personal stuff , I didn't answer them and they closed my account after I withdrew my cash , there's much better sites than this , this is a very slow platform even crashed my high powered gaming laptop with a 32gb ram in it as soon as I went onto the site for few minutes , will use someone else
I have had a very good experience with customer service with Mr. Andres Rivera, all doubts have been resolved.
I highly recommend Tradu over other brokers, mainly because of their very low and stable spreads. In addition to being published and backed by a very reputable and a very old company. Moreover, Reem Auad is one of the very knowledgeable people I've spoken with within the field.
Very nice looking platforms, very easy to trade. Very low cost of trading both on CFDs and on Listed Shares, and TradingView integrated free of charge. I have no problems with this broker
I have been using Tradu for few months and quite happy with the prompt support offered. No of instrument that we can trade is much more than what I usually trade, allowing me to stick to one platform rather than operating multiple platform for each instrument. Spread is very competitive when compared some of the other platforms that I used before. I will be even more happy if Tradu platform have below features in future. 1. Windows desktop application with much better response time. 2. Pine script editor to add my own custom indicators which is available with Trading view. 3. Documentation or online help guide for the applications. 4, Expert advisors featuring automated trading.
Although I am a newbie, I found this platform very easy to use and user friendly. The most attractive things are the charges are very minimal and the design of the dashboard is very good and fast opening.

Lowest spreads in the market. The only broker I have seen offering crypto exchange along with forex, indices, commodities and stocks. I trade mainly forex and gold. Withdrawal time takes a bit longer than expected but overall satisfied
