Just another update. I still can't move funds out of my account. They have been saying 24-48 hours all week. I am getting a bad feeling about this site. I am thinking Fraud. I don't know how they have received any good reviews. Must be employees. If anyone is considering using Tradiso I would say stay as far as possible. You can't even talk to someone in customer service. They say they don't offer that. You get an email response in 24 hours that says the same exact thing.
Fast KYC and withdrawals! Started off skeptical but everythings's been smooth! Passed my KYC fast and already withdrew twice. no issues. Solid option!
Really good platform, been using it for a couple months now and so far no problems. withdrawals are quick and the dashboard is easy to use. definitely recommend!

Been using tradiso for a bit now and it’s been solid. Most of features are helpful and everything’s easy to use. I’ve submitted over 5 withdrawals so far, and all have been processed in a timely manner. no stress so far, just all round smooth.
I’ve been a client of Tradiso’s for 5 months now, and so far my experience has been smooth. Opening an account was quick, and the verification process only took a few hours. Spreads are competitive, and commissions are fair. The dashboard and support have exceeded expectations. Looking forward to trading with them more actively!

Customer service is great! I reached out regarding an issue where I wasn't receiving any emails, and their team took the to explain the situation very clearly, addressed it professionally, and resolved the situation promptly. I have worked with multiple brokers as an IB, and most of them drop the ball after I sign-up. Tradiso's team has been the exact opposite. They have assigned me with my own dedicated account manager who checks in on me regularly, helps with all of my concerns, and even suggests promotional tools to help me grow. It's been a smooth and supportive partnership so far!
I want to make a note that you can not trust "Trustpilot" My review along with the reviews of other people, a few years ago, has been removed as if the company is not still scummy. Here is the review I left back on July 31, 2022 Do not use this broker I do not recommend it to anyone especially if you were going to come across problems, The brokerage itself has a nice UI but terrible, and when I say terrible I mean terrible customer service. I had taken an account from $392 to $2000 in equity and one day I accidentally archived my account when my account was still in open positions I attempted to contact support to try and fix the problem so I could get my account back and till this day I have not gotten a response and when it initially happened that was two months ago. When I went back to look at archives it said that whatever your balance is for your open trades will be closed and you will receive whatever your open trades are plus or minus. So in my head, I’m thinking OK I’ll receive the $1392 in account equity after having had the positions open nope that is not what I got, what I got was $392. Even though the trades at the time open in $1000 profit. So after that I’m thinking OK you know they’re not responding when we just take the L and use the rest of the money to try and flip it back and get into the trades so then I start opening more positions in the trades and then I’m thinking to myself OK maybe was a fluke and the brokerage is not stealing the money so I do it again with a smaller portion I have not gotten that money back that I archived I haven’t even gotten the actual balance either I had done $20 account and archived it I haven’t even gotten the 20 or the $15 an open profit that was open. The next large problem I went to check my MT4 for trading accounts on the mt4 platform you can see all of the accounts and I can still see even the accounts that are archived with the numbers the profits and equity and everything. However, when I go onto my account on tradiso I do not see any of my open accounts even the ones that are not archived so I should be able to see the balance in history and everything on the account I can’t see it when I go to try to withdraw the money that I have in my accounts I cannot see them when I try to withdraw it I do not recommend his brokerage to anyone the support team has not even responded to me in two months even when I messaged them a week ago to ask about the situation with me not being able to see my accounts and the money that I have in there. God forbid anybody put $1000,$20000, $30,000 in this, and then you can’t get your money out because your account disappeared and now they have it.
