This is a scammer website. They created an app which is impersonating as real spot gold trading as XAUUSD whereas it is scamming app and once you deposit the money, you cannot take it back. try to take your money out, then they will ask you to pay different type of taxes and once it is paid, that money is gone. So Stay away from them.
I am currently using tradingweb (ios) to trade on V5 forex. Yesterday I used the copy-trade service to follow and trade along another user with 100$ capital. After I log back in, to my surprise I was charged 19.91$ that's almost 20% the capital on a single trade(XAUUSD). As a result, though the trade ended in profit, I lost 20$ from my account.(User closed the trade in 0.02$ profit and commission was 19.91$.!!!) 20% commission on a single trade can never be logical according to me and I am almost sure something went wrong somewhere in the system. To issue a refund, I tried contacting them through mail but that didn't go through don't know why.
