Summary
Customers overwhelmingly describe Tradevision/Tradevision365 as a scam: aggressive, persistent sales tactics and harassment to force further deposits, frequent daily calls even after refusals, and account managers who pressure clients to send ever larger sums. Multiple reviewers report fabricated or inflated account balances and manipulated trades, followed by blocked or repeatedly cancelled withdrawal requests unless additional “fees,” “taxes” or wallet‑synchronisation payments are made. Several victims describe theft of fiat and crypto (including alleged Coinbase balances), demands to pay thousands or tens of thousands of dollars to release funds, and threats or bullying when they resist. Complaints also note misleading claims about regulation (false references to ECB/FSA), numerous changing account managers, outbound‑only phone numbers, poor or unhelpful customer support, and targeting of vulnerable people (pensioners). Losses range from hundreds to tens of thousands of dollars, with a few users reporting successful recovery only after involving external recovery firms or lawyers, but most warning others to avoid the company entirely.

I was contacted by Dan ( now left the company ) at Trade Vision 365 in July 2024 and i deposited £1000 to start trading. Unfortunately, this money was lost after 3 months of trading & i chose not to continue.. I then get a call from Kevin Rust ( Finance Manager ??? ) who asked me to log onto my account which now had over $17,000 dollars in it. Then over the next 2 months the account grew to $70,000 dollars with investments in Bitcoin. I asked for the the monies to be sent to my account but they wanted $20,000 before any monies would be sent to me. Kevin Rust got very vocal with me and began demanding monies with menace. When i said this to Kevin, he then threatened to close my account and not give me any monies.. I have emails / screenshots / recorded phone calls proof... including emails to Support @365... TOTAL SCAM

SCAM! AVOID! SCAM! AVOID! They manipulate the trades!!! I had $903 in my account and they then wanted to close my account. I agreed and was looking forward to $903 although I had put in $3.5k and would have made a loss. They then added 2 MASSIVE trades of $2798 & $29,996 saying " " these were running in the background since opened (i.e not seen). So in 1 minute my balance went from $903 to a WHOOPING $33,619!! They then said I had to pay 10% in order to release this amount. I spoke to the " " finance dept and they said I had 2 choices 1) pay $3361 or 2) not be able to withdraw any money. COMPLETE SCAM AVOID!!

I previously shared a review about tradevision365 earlier in March in an attempt to prevent other people from making the same mistake I did, but it was removed. Seeing more negative reviews from others is heartbreaking, tradevision365 is nothing but scammers paradise, and not one time did I receive a pay out without an external party getting involved, check my name for reference. Be sure to report this company, and make no further deposits, salud!

Bad experience, SCAM! The whole thing they orchestrated turned out to be a scam but it was a bit late for me, invested 31k US dollars in total, balance and profits rose like it’s on steroids but but here m’s their second truck to get me to pay commission on those high gains. Right there, the drama started. . Because I had questioned the payment and asked if it could be deducted. As usual the response put me off on their insistence on a fresh deposit. Noted all the red flags and approached Natisa Sercurites, after I had read about their experience and getting cases like this solved. Presentedy facts as requested and necessary for assessing the whole issue, it didn’t take long for the lm to get the ball rolling. All deposits was enforced to be returned to the rightful place, back in my accounts, only this, no single penny from the huge gains is real. They are manipulated and controlled from tradevision365. Writing this with mixed feelings, because I could’ve lost it all, and also I wonder why stress me if the profits aren’t real. Why stress others too? So sad! All the plans turned to be wishes.

This is a scam company, I invested $250.00 dollars within days my money had quadrupled my account manager was calling all time, trying to get me invest further funds. Another few weeks went past and my balance shot up to $11,000, now the calls came daily asking me if I wanted to withdraw some of my gains, the catch being I had to pay more money ( I think they suggested it was for fees, 5%). I declined and within a week the balance was now a whopping £45,000 dollars. On one of the numerous daily calls from account managers (I have had 24 managers in the last 2 months) I asked where the enormous growth had come from, they told me about a big increase in a certain date, problem was that was before I had invested my $250. I had read by now that it was a scam company and so I closed down all the positions as it had been said by other complainers that they suddenly lose all your capital rather than return anything ( your investment can go up or down, or in this companies case just get lost). I tried to ask details with some of these account managers who are they regulated by, one answered ECB, European Central Bank, another said FSA in the UK but that’s the food standard agency, when I question these ridiculous statements they invariably cut me off. Now they are trying to say that I owe tax on my gains, but when I point out only the HMRC can determine that again silence. I admit that greed and my stupidity has got me where I am now, I Hope others don’t get hooked on the idea of huge growth and stories of celebrities endorsing such services and the suggestion that the Bank Of England have stepped in to stop investing leaving other savings accounts in their drones. If you’re not convinced of what I say here look up the company on the FCA and look at their appraisal of this company. No doubt they will close this one down soon and open up again with another name, just be careful of anyone claiming to make huge growth in invested funds in a short period of time. I’m sure that Tradevision 365 will not respond to this, as they do on the suspicious fake ones.

This company is a disgrace. I sent over £5000 in fees to release my balance of $47000. Supposedly the CEO rang me to state that my personal accountant had been fraudulent and was being investigated. He stated he took $20000 from my balance. They now want me to send over a further £9000 to liquidise the account so the withdrawal can be made. Pull the other one. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THESE PEOPLE

This platform will make you lose whatever you invest in it and you'd never be able to make withdrawals. I contacted a lot of authorities about a refund but only grilla-capital gave me a positive feedback and I've made a lot of progress since then.

Tradevision 365 made it impossible to withdraw my crypto balance which was in Coinbase,£1k was to free the 8.3k balance and was apparently used on taxes! Another £3.3k was requested to synchronise wallets which I did not send. A terrible scam since the coinbase funds have now disappeared!! Do not touch this unregulated company.

Warning: Pensioners Beware!!!! My horror story began with Tradevision 365 in December 2023. I was allocated with an account manager that I did not sign up to and what a disaster! He manipulated the whole event by getting me to transfer funds into imagery trading platform. When I look into my trading platform the position was closed and I wonder 'why'? I was near my limit in my overdraft arrangement and I wanted to withdraw, however, I was told to add in more funds under the pretence of "Declaration of funds". I had an understanding that the funds would be under my control and will not be touched. I had to borrow the money from my relative and on the strength of their undertaking that the money would not be touched. How wrong could I get and the money was transferred out and now I am trying to get the money back to my account so that I can pay my relative. The worst part of the story was that my account manager was trying to persuade me to sell my house in order to get more funds and when that failed to materialize, I was introduced to go on line casino and try my luck there. I lost and now my account manager is trying to persuade me to get a a life time mortgage on my property. This is not going to work as my independent adviser told me not to go ahead with this plan as Tradevision 365 is not regulated by FCA and I am not protected legally in the British court. I am at the moment trying to withdraw my investment but the company blocked my withdrawal unless I put more funds in. All kind of excuses were given why my withdrawal was cancel. If anyone out there who have a similar experienced of this kind of hassle, we should form a online group to get a 'petition going' to get this business 'shutdown'

Please avoid this platform! What started as quite a positive expreience has turned sour once I refused to deposit more funds for their recommended investments. Advisors have become aggressive, patronising and obstructive. I have being trying to withdraw the balane of my account, but each time I submit a withdrawal request it is cancelled by someone at Tradevision. Unfortunately it is near impossible to phone anyone as all numbers they use are outbound only. I have had a long and fruitless exchnage with their customer support team by email and they are also useless if you get them on the phone. I will keep persevering to get my money back, but if this is not a scam it is very close. The saying goes "if its too good to be true, it probably is". Well I now know to my cost that it definitely is!
